Unfortunately this review is factually incorrect and by a guest who wanted a free stay. We do offer optional service upgrades such as champagne service, charcuterie boards, chocolates and flowers, but the guest never purchased this option and apparently just expected it for free? As our listing explains, the hot springs and pool are directly next to our property, not "inside", less than a 1 minute walk to enter the pool/springs. Coffee and teas are provided in all guest rooms, they didn't look on the shelf, we provide a variety of flavors, k-cups, mushroom coffee, coconut creamer, frother, hot tea kettle. The dining table is only in the King 1-bedroom unit (this guest booked the queen studio which has individual pull-out tables) *all unit inclusions are detailed in each listing. The guest visited during off-season and rooftop furniture/access was closed until May 1. All rooms have temperature remotes so guests control how hot or cool they set it. These guests didn't understand how to use the remote control and were shown by housekeeping once it was brought to our attention. We are not located on a busy road, we are located next to the Durango Hot Springs on the side of the mountain with beautiful mountain and valley views. The guest never registered, never provided credit card or ID despite the check-in instructions, which is why they didn't receive the key code in advance. They called the campground instead of our number. You can see our 5 star reviews on AirBNB! Our pictures are accurate, our units are cleaned to the highest standards. This is disappointing hotels.com would allow such a factually inaccurate review to stay posted.

Unfortunately this review is attached to the wrong property. Expedia confirmed all communication with guest prior to arrival. Guest booked two different hotels and no-showed.
