The best!

This gem just outside of Durango is the perfect place for a family retreat and adventure in the mountains. So nice, we’ve stayed twice!

This was the perfect place for our trip to Durango. We really enjoyed our stay. This home truly has it all and is so cozy. The photos online don’t do it justice. It feels secluded but is also conveniently located to the town itself and close to many good restaurants. We loved our time staying here and plan to visit again!

Beautiful property with beautiful views

Friends, family and dogs enjoyed this beautiful home. It was a dream place for all. The fenced in deck and yard was so convenient for the dogs as well as the creek and pond. The decks, living room, kitchen and the rest of the house was amazing

Wonderful Durango property!

We have stayed at many Durango properties over the years and this is our favorite. 2nd time at this house and it is great- especially if you are traveling with pets. Very well stocked kitchen, pantry and bathrooms. House and grounds are beautiful and a very short drive into town. The creek was pretty low this trip but still beautiful to walk to the bridge . Flowers and outdoor areas are wonderful!

Wonderful home

I’m a frequent traveler and this is easily one of the best homes I’ve stayed in!! House is beautiful and cozy.. Christmas decor was added bonus!! Well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet location with great views of the mountains, perfect spot to relax in the hot tub. We would definitely rebook.

Great spot outside Durango

The house is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking at home and sitting on the deck was fantastic. It’s close enough to Durango to be convenient but far enough to feel like you’re alone. We had a great time and would book again.

Sales Family Getaway

This property is way better than the excellent pictures that are available on VRBO. Beds are amazingly comfortable, hot tub, stocked kitchen, sun rooms, windows, etc! We had a wonderful experience and really regretted having to leave. Thank you for leaving a garage remote, and allowing us use of the garage! Really great touch, and amazing hospitality.

Wonderful mountain setting

Wow!!! Incredible views and a lovely home, fantastic kitchen stocked with all the little spices and goodies you need for cooking. Comfortable beds and a sun room that was such a special place to relax. It was closer to town than we expected and enjoyed some great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended for a wonderful getaway. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

This home is fabulous! The wrap around porch gave fabulous views and we were greeted a couple of mornings with a lovely deer family. Our fur babies loved the area. All a perfect fit and super well stocked !

Amazing & quiet property

This property is so beautiful, inside and out. We greatly enjoyed the cozy cabin as well as the property and views outside. It was very easy to hop over to Durango. We enjoyed many restaurants and shops there. Overall we were extremely happy with this trip. Communication from the property owner was good. In short, we had a great time and we will be returning.

Durango Stay

This place exceeded expectations. The management company did a great job communicating and labeling everything. The views were spectacular and you feel like you’re in your own mountain oasis. I’m very hopeful this cabin will be available next time we’re in town. I can only say good things about our experience.

Perfect Stay

This was a totally amazing place. Jim and Courtney were the best hosts, understanding an unexpected death in our immediate family. We were able to find some solace in the views and peacefulness of the property. The place was well stocked with the necessities we needed. Close enough to town where we could enjoy the great restaurants that Durango has to offer. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Slice of heaven

The house is very comfortable and convenient. We especially appreciated the rocking chairs, even outside! The instructions for the tv were very helpful and everything was well labeled. The views are amazing and it’s a great neighborhood to walk in.

Amazing and then some!

Beautiful location, clean, well-stocked does not even begin to scratch the surface of this amazing property! We wanted to escape the Texas heat for a few days and this property more than provided for the perfect escape. Owners were always quick to communicate. We will return!

Perfect Place

My husband, two children with their spouses, two grandchildren, ages 6 and 4, and golden retriever, spent a week at this amazing property, for our annual summer week together. This home, and the land it sits on, are absolutely beautiful!! With tasteful comfortable furnishings, beyond well stocked with dishes, appliances…, and wonderful spaces, inside and out, for me and my family to spend the week together, we could not have been more impressed. And to top it off, the communication with the owners and property manager, went flawlessly. We can’t wait to return!!!

Stunning property with all the perfect amenities

We absolutely loved our stay and could not have been happier with the location, the amenities, and the solace this place offers. Every day we hiked and explored all over beautiful Durango, Silverton, and Ouray with our pups, and each day we were equally excited to return to the property to cook dinner, relax and just enjoy the surroundings of this property. We joked that we didn't even need to leave and explore to enjoy our vacation (which is rare for us!). We were so happy to have our fur babies with us as we travel and hike everywhere with them, and the property is set up for enjoying time with them (especially with the fenced in patio so we could soak in the hot tub without worrying about any lost/runaway doggos)!

Stunning views

The property has everything you want or need. Well-appointed kitchen and pantry. Large kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Outdoor eating areas along with fire pit and hot tub. Wood burning fireplace to keep you toasty while gazing at the amazing scenery. Woke up on a chilly autumn morning to radiant heated flooring!! I hope to stay again. Communication was prompt and easy checkin.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this property as a homebase as we were getting married in Durango. We wanted a secluded, large home to host our guests for a rehearsal dinner and this was the perfect place. Even though it felt secluded it was still only a 15 minute drive to downtown, the location was perfect. The pictures were exactly as advertised and it was a beautiful space that felt warm, clean, and everything we could have hoped for. The details felt intentional and everyone loved the deck! We would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so!

Outstanding property

This is an incredibly well made home in an idyllic setting. From the high end appliances, well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and sumptuous linens, to the spotless hot tub and snow capped mountain views, you cannot ask for anything more. We really enjoyed the sense of privacy and being in the country, while being minutes from town. We also found some of the best hiking just down the road. We were given a lovely basket of goodies on arrival as well as a large selection of coffees and teas. The owners and their local host were very responsive to all of our needs. We absolutely loved our stay at this home and hope to return some day soon.
