2023 Fort Lewis Graduation stay
Such an amazing experience and awesome place for my family and I to stay as we attended my son’s graduation from Fort Lewis College. Excellent location to downtown, extremely comfortable, clean, and fun for entire family. Thank you! We will stay here again in the future. Recommended to good friend who has a daughter graduating next year.

Great condo, great location!
This condo is SO FUN! It is a bit of a puzzle to get into the building, but once you figure it out, it's great. The games were awesome and the location to everything in town was unbeatable. The beds were comfy too! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking out on the grill or inside. We had such a fun time! I will definitely book here again!

Loved the convenience of the parking garage. This condo is definitely designed for all fun things, we were just so busy we didn’t have the time we wanted to play all the games. Next time!

Location was ideal. Very walkable. Beds comfortable. While we didn't cook there, it appeared kitchen would be good and conviviale for a casual family meal. No dining room table. Beautiful large island. Unfortunately AC wasn't functioning when we arrive. A very hot and stuffy first night. Very loud in bedrooms due to street noise even with windows shut ( motocycle weekend). Microwave also didn't work. They send someone to fix all but that was a bummer for us during a busy wedding weekend. Responponsive host, but had to reach out several time.

Awesome place and location
The place was perfect as we had other family staying at a nearby hotel and in another unit in the same building during a family reunion so it was so easy to do things in town together. The incredible fun games helped cousins interact while having fun.

Great Location, Great Activities, Everything is Great about this VRBO!
We've stayed in many VRBOs, and this property is at the top of our favorites! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station, lots of great restaurants, and shopping (loved Maria's Bookshop). Location was also easy for our day trips to Mesa Verde and rafting. When we weren't out exploring, we enjoyed relaxing in the very comfortable living area, playing pool, foosball, and pinball - in fact, I think our teenagers might have liked that the best! The kitchen was perfect size and well stocked for our needs, and the bonus was the ice machine. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and everything was very clean. We were sad to leave and hope we can return in the future!

Amazing stay in the heart of Durango
My wife and I, along with a group of friends had an amazing stay at this downtown Durango condo. The location was perfect as we were steps from coffee, shopping and local bars/restaurants. The condo itself had plenty of space with several bedrooms, and of course we always found ourselves in the kitchen and living area, which had all the amenities you could want for spending time with family and friends. If I find myself in Durango again, whether that is during the summer or winter months, would definitely look at booking this location first.

Fantastic Place & Ideal location!
We just got back from a weeks stay at this beautiful condo with our family. We have 18 & 19 year old kids and I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our family time with all the gaming! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is IDEAL- walked to everything in downtown Durango and the distance to ski/play at Purgatory was manageable and a scenic drive. We definitely hope to return here one day!

Mears House Stay
Enjoyed our stay in condo 2F. In the downtown area with easy access to restaurants and shops. 35 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort base. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the cookware. The handles were loose and worn, but still did the job. Nothing major, and it didn't affect our 5 star rating for the property.

Good location in Durango
Nice property although we were disappointed that the manager switched units on us after we originally booked. The unit we were switched to was nice enough but lacked the recreational facilities we had booked. We were given a small discount for the inconvenience. Elevators were out of order the morning we had to check out, so we had to make a number of stairway trips to get out.

The elevator did have an issue but the HOA has fixed that and it is no longer an issue. Thank you for staying with us! Great location. Great sports/game facilities
My husband and my three boys, 9, 8 and 4 loved the pool table, ping pong, and gaming facilities. The 4 tvs made it feel like a sports bar. Great location right downtown Durango. We will be back!

Such an awesome property!
We had a fantastic time! The location is great and there’s so many fun activities and games. This spot is perfect for families with kids or teens, but is also perfect for kid-less getaways. The rooms are big and there’s plenty of space to accommodate everyone. I had a couple of small requests from the owners and they promptly responded and made sure to accommodate. I would definitely go back… in fact, this will be our spot from now on.

Wonderful condo, perfect location
This is a wonderful condo! The games were an extra bonus for our family. The beds are very comfortable. Nicely furnished. Very modern. So modern we couldn’t figure out the oven/microwave 😂 but the location is perfect with lots of restaurant options nearby. The outdoor grill was nice too. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

No dressers.
Overall the two places (2E and 2F) we’re excellent for my group. We stayed a week but had no where to put our clothes. There are no dressers in the rooms with the exception of the master. Even in one of those rooms the drawers were so tiny it wasn’t used.

Durango with the family!
Everything was wonderful! It could’ve been a little cleaner, the bedroom side tables were not cleaned, the shelves in the kitchen where glasses were was pretty dusty and some dead bugs, although the glasses were clean!! The patio wasn’t cleaned very well, we had to sweep it out and there was a magazine that was left out and got rained on and was all over the patio!! Otherwise we really enjoyed it and would like to go back again with a few improvements!!

That is definitely not consistent with our standards and it will be brought to the attention of our housekeeping team. Especially in light of COVID19 as our housekeepers are adhering to strict cleaning procedures. The patios are an ongoing challenge as it can be dry in dusty in town and the tables accumulate dust quickly. Other than that, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Great entertainment house
Our 3 adult children and teenage boy had a great time with all the different things to do in the house and it’s conveniently located downtown allowing you to get anywhere downtown quickly. Having a place downtown can be a little loud at night, you can hear cars and people walking or talking outside. The property manager was really responsive to the AC not working upon our arrival. We started the first night with an 80 degree house, sleeping with all the windows open and that didn’t make the outside noise any better, but the next morning as we were headed out for the day, the guys can by to fix it and when we came home it was nice and cool.

Great location, spacious and comfortable!
The unit looks just like it's presented in the pictures, and it's in a perfect spot -- easy walking distance to anything on main street, with garage parking for a rental car so that you can enjoy adventures farther afield. It was a great option for my brothers and I who were in town to see a dying relative -- much more affordable than three individual hotel rooms, and it gave us the opportunity to spend time together and catch up during a difficult time. The owner (manager? I forget) of the property brought us a very nice chocolate bar one night when she needed to get into the unit to take measurements of the tile for upcoming repairs -- a very thoughtful gesture, as we weren't bothered by the visit in the least! If you're an especially light sleeper (I am), I recommend bringing a white noise generator as two of the rooms face 2nd Ave. It's not an unusual amount of noise and probably wouldn't bother most people, but it's possible to hear traffic on the street. I wake up to a pin dropping, so having the white noise to fuzz out the sound of occasional truck engines or motorcycles made all the difference for me. We enjoyed our stay as much as anyone could enjoy a trip with such a sad purpose, and being comfortable and together went a long way toward easing the stress of our visit. We were grateful for that, and would absolutely stay again. I would recommend this property to anyone.
