Me and my boyfriend both stayed in the condo, and it was a perfect size for 2 people. Everything was very clean and the check-in and out process was straightforward and easy. The lifts were a short walk away. Our only complaint is how hot the condo was, and there seemed to be no fan or airflow. Other than that,we had a wonderful stay!

The place was clean. There was something nasty on the wall walking in between the bed and door that I cleaned up. The bed is awful. Sinks in, in the middle. There was a heard of elephants above us starting at 6:30 am each morning. Other than that it was fine.

Overall, everything was wonderful. It was a great condo for my wife and I to stay in. Super quick walk to the slopes meaning two minutes. Please make this one your first choice if it’s available, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect for my 4 day ski trip. Close to slopes and the village. The condo is newly renovated and so cute and cozy. The only negative is the walls are paper thin so you can hear every thing above and next door. Unfortunately, this is something the owner probably has no control over.

The property was EXACTLY as described, and communication with the property owner was wonderful! All questions were answered promptly....and the remodel looks splendid! We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the rising sun -- and it was beautiful in the evening as well. The bed mattress was a little too soft and springy (fell to the middle when my partner rolled over), but this is not a deep enough concern to lower my rating -- just want to mention it as the only opportunity for improvement. Everything else was completely sufficient for cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the living area, and showering/cleaning up in the bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Everything was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. The studio was newly renovated and clean. Wish there was an exhaust fan, a full length mirror and an ironing board, otherwise we had everything we needed. The patio was not clean, looks like they had been doing some drywall work and left the mess out there on the patio. But we still enjoyed even that area.

The studio condo was perfect for a week long ski vacation at Purgatory. Small, but cozy. Easy walk to the ski lift each day with a ski locker just outside the condo door. Full size fridge and stove and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, so cooking breakfast every morning before a full ski day was a breeze. The bed was comfy and the whole complex was super quiet after about 9 pm. We would definitely rent this condo again and recommend it for 2 people.

Easy to get to, easy to find and plenty big enough for 2 adults. The only complaint we had was the soap dispenser in the shower needs to be moved to the end wall and filled.It got in the way a lot. Would have been more convenient. Thank You again

My husband and I spent a week in the San Juan Mountains. We chose this condo due to the the close location of attractions in the neighboring towns. We did a great amount of hiking in the area. The resort made a great central location to all of our adventures. The owner was helpful when we had trouble with the wifi, and she left a long list of great recommendations for food, and attractions. We will be coming back!

The property was so much smaller than represented in the pictures. There was absolutely no place in the unit to store any clothes or personal items. We had to live out of our suit cases and they had to sit out on the floor. The only closet in the facility was full of cleaning items and extra sheets and blankets. There were about 30 channels of TV available and only about ten were even watchable and with our clothes and other items stored on the couch there was no place to sit and watch TV. The drapes did not keep out the outside lights and could not be pulled together so our privacy was severely limited. We weren't sure if any of the dishes were clean as there was no dishwasher in the unit. The door to the "room" was loose in the jamb and every time the door to the building was opened our door rattled like someone was trying to gain entry to our "room". When the refrigerator ran at night it was loud enough to wake you up. We left a day early just so we could get some much needed sleep in a hotel. Oh yes, the tub was very slippery and there was no bath mat available. This is not a rent by owner but instead a management company selling less than desirable units and pretending they are owned by individuals. Don't rent this unit if you need clothes or personal item storage and don't need a good night's sleep!!

The condo was the perfect size for our two-person trip and was well stocked with everything we needed. A short walk from the lift and Purgy's. Laundry in the building was a nice perk and access to the pool and hot tub was an unexpected treat. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
