Our 3 bed / 2.5 bath cabin (Gabriel's cabin) sits directly on the Animas River on over 3 acres and is only 4 miles (6 minutes) to historic Downtown Durango. Enjoy a private river front setting with room to room to roam (and fish), while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer. The ample outdoor space/decks with seating and a gas fire pit will allow you to enjoy the amazing setting on the Animas River. The cabin features the expected vacation rental amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. High speed Starlink WIFI features speeds over 100mbs. While the kitchen is fully stocked - it does not have a dishwasher. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - Queen Bed (Top Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Double Bed (Basement Level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single Over Single) and Twin (Basement Level) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
