    Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños (Unidad 106) está ubicado en Peregrine Point, que es el edificio más nuevo en Purgatory Resort. El condominio está ubicado en el lado norte del edificio y ofrece increíbles vistas a la montaña.

    Camine a través de la plaza principal para acceder cómodamente a restaurantes, alquileres de esquís, tiendas de delicatessen y excelentes tiendas, así como al elevador principal de alta velocidad, Purgatory Express, hasta la cima de la montaña.

    El condominio está decorado con muebles de alta gama y la cocina está totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y utensilios de cocina completos para preparar excelentes comidas. La sala de estar principal cuenta con una chimenea de gas, TV de pantalla plana y una terraza para disfrutar de las excelentes vistas. El dormitorio principal tiene una chimenea de gas y los dos dormitorios tienen un televisor y un reproductor de DVD.

    El condominio también cuenta con una lavadora y secadora y un estacionamiento seguro y calentado.

    Reserve al menos una semana y se aplica automáticamente un descuento del 10%.

    Por una tarifa de resort opcional del 4%, tendrá acceso al Durango Mountain Club, que incluye una piscina climatizada al aire libre con tobogán, jacuzzi al aire libre y gimnasio. La tarifa de resort del 4% incluida en la cotización es la tarifa de resort requerida que se debe pagar y no permite el acceso al Durango Mountain Club. Al hacer la reserva, solo avise si desea que se agregue un 4% adicional de tarifa de resort.

    Quédese con nosotros y le ofrecemos DESCUENTOS en actividades de verano (rafting, paseos a caballo, etc.) e invierno (alquiler de esquí / snowboard, paseos en trineo, excursiones en motonieve, etc.).

    Política de cancelación: Las cancelaciones que se realicen con más de treinta (30) días de anticipación a la fecha de llegada no incurrirán en penalización y todas las cantidades pagadas se reembolsarán en su totalidad. Las cancelaciones o cambios que resulten en una estancia más corta, que se realizan dentro de los treinta (30) días de la fecha de llegada, perderán el monto total de la reserva. Para las reservas de al menos treinta (30) noches, la política de cancelación aumenta a sesenta (60) días antes de la fecha de llegada para recibir un reembolso completo sin penalización. Great ski condo

This condo was clean and a great location to slopes. It had a starter set of everything we needed as far as toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper. We did have trouble with thermostat, it was warm in there at times. Even if we turned the heat down it stayed warmer than we set it to. We think it may have something to do with the building. The hallway between all of the condos was so hot.

Great Location and Nice Condo!

This is a great condo. Walk across the street and up the stairs And you are in the main plaza with the ticket office, restaurants, and ski lifts. Nice large living room with great views, 2nd bedroom has no windows. Nicely stocked kitchen but could use all new pots and pans. Even had a few kids plastic cups and plates. Parking close to the door but guests do not have access to underground parking.

A condo with NO air conditioning!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we didn’t find out until 2 hours into our stay that this condo unit has NO air conditioning! Throughout the day the temperature in the unit was around 82 degrees. When we went to bed the temperature was about 80, my wife, myself and my two young daughters had difficulty trying to sleep! We all found ourselves sweating during our sleep! If we had known beforehand about the lack of AC in this unit, we would have found some place else to stay!

If your staying in the Durango area during the summer, I would pick some where else. We could not get any relief fro the heat. We are from Texas so we were looking forward to getting away from the heat. The guest info said it rarely got above 80 degrees and to open the windows and set out the fans to draw in the cool air after the sun goes down behind the mountains. It kinda worked but not really. It was so warm getting any sleep before 2am when it finally got cool wa impossible. We would have never stayed here in the summer if we had known there was no A/C. Other than that it was a great place!

Summer Hotbox!

This condo is in a great location near the Purgatory resort. The layout and kitchen are nice for a family. The listing described it as recently remodeled, however the carpet was worn/ torn in several places and some of the furniture looked worn as well. We would have been fine with it but we could never get the temperature below 82 degrees! We understand there is no air conditioning, but even with windows open and box fans strategically placed, we could not get it cooler. It was even worse for the second bedroom which had no windows at all. The unit faces the highway which is quite noisy so you have to decide which is worse, overheating or listening to traffic all night with windows open. This unit is probably much better suited for a winter stay. We contacted the property manager and they were willing to work with us and move us to another unit which was higher up on the mountain and much quieter / cooler.

The inside of the condo was clean and nicely decorated. The carpet is showing some wear but did not detract from our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Views were awesome but....

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck and furniture were not cleaned and chairs on the deck can barely hold up a normal size adult because they are so old and sun worn. (We wiped down the chairs)The condo was adequate. Don’t plan on doing any cooking as the pots and pans are all destroyed from wear and tear.

Suitable Summer Base Camp

The place suited our needs. The outdoor furniture could be replaced, and there were other items inside that were showing their age. Our biggest annoyance was not knowing beforehand that the amenities of Purgatory Resort would not be open during our stay. This left us having to head the 20+ miles into Durango for everything.

Great View; Really uncomfortable sofa

We have stayed in this building many times. It is convenient and the underground parking is a real plus. This was our first time in 106. It is one of the smaller 2 bdrms and the master lacks the fireplace found in some other 2 bdrm units at Peregrine Point. The 2nd bedroom has no windows. That wasn’t a problem for us but others might find it a bit claustrophobic. Those notes aside, it is perfectly adequate except for the sofa in the living room. Hard as a rock, it is the most uncomfortable seating I’ve ever experienced in years of renting ski condos. If you’re looking to stretch out on a comfortable sofa while watching a movie, this is not the place to do it! I hope the owners will remedy this soon as otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay.

Amazing location!

The condo was nicely furnished and the location right across from the ski area with beautiful views of the mountains. Close to many hikes and Durango train is a must! We chose to use the pool/hot tub and sunbathed at about 8800 ft elevation. Highly recommend!

Great place to sit and enjoy coffee. Our only complaint was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our adult could probably use a new mattress.Would definitely rent this condo again though. The location was good too...about halfway between Durango and Silverton.
