The house had everything we needed and more! This was our 2nd stay and loved it even more than the first. Fantastic location, communication and the rental experience was easy and flawless. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Very nice house that seems pretty new. Great setup with 4 bedrooms all having their own bathroom and 2 separate TV rooms. Location is fantastic on the Purgatory shuttle route. Would definitely stay again

Family Ski Trip

My family stayed here for our annual ski trip. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and very accommodating! It was super convenient as it was just across the street from the base of Purgatory mountain! All the family had a wonderful time and raved about the condo! Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The home provided space and amenities for our family to join together and spaciousness to spread out. From age 7 months to 69 we all loved the stay and the view.

Great house with great location!

This home was perfectly designed to accommodate multiple couples or 2 families to ensure ample privacy and collaborative space. The hot tub, fire pit, patios and foosball table added extra fun...along with a good selection of board games. The kitchen and appliances allowed for family-style dinners. The location, situated right across the street from Purgatory resort and in between many beautiful and quante historic sites and districts makes it the perfect spot for a fun-filled or leisurely paced getaway!

Purgatory Colorado family vacation

The property is amazing. The view from front and back is truly beautiful. Everything in the home was top notch. Very comfortable and plenty for the kids to do. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect to the resort and to Durango. Great location. Only two small issues. When we got there the trash from previous guests was still in the kitchen and the A/C was not working. It took two days to get it working. Fortunately the nights were cool. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The home is located across the street from Purgatory which was perfect for us. It was short drive to Durango and all our outside activities. The home was very clean and well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The ac is key in the summer months because it did get warm on the top level of the home in the afternoons. My family enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball table as well as the hot tub. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the management team. They even sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the home in honor of my dad’s passing which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Our 5th time going through the company and they are always diligent to respond to questions and helped us adjust our dates multiple times without any problems or hesitation! Our trip consisted of three families with kids ranging from 4-16. This home was was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom are perfect and private. The closet size is great for storing all your luggage. We loved the open area behind the house to explore as well. The hot tub is easy to navigate too! The proximity to the lake and Purg is great. I highly recommend this home and we will be repeat renters! Thank you VRC!!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The king beds were very comfortable and the house was perfectly decorated. Management was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. I cannot say enough great things about the location. Remote, yet convenient which was just what we were looking for! The lake was a lovely surprise and by far our favorite part of the trip.One thing I would note for future visitors is bring everything you need ... we found there to be limited things like aluminum foil, cooking spray, dishwasher pods and paper towels (2 were provided for our 4 night stay), and food storage. This was a challenge due to the drive to the store.Beauty and family fun surround you at Purgatory! We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Beautiful, Clean, Modern, Central A/C, Well Equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful. Stylishly decorated. It has Central A/C which was specifically why we chose for our summer stay. Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Great games, puzzles, books. Lots of windows and patios/decks. Every room has its own bathroom, plus a half bath. Two great living areas. Short walk to Twilight Lake and trailhead, across the street (highway can be crossed on foot, with care) from Purgatory. We plan to book this home again on our next trip. After staying here, we will plan our next trip around the availability of this particular home. VRC offers great support and is very responsive if any small concerns arise, I like knowing that support is available.
