The unit was clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is not included in the rate, and is 14/day (not 12, as stated in the listing when we made our reservation). The building was quiet at night. We could hear the TV in the unit next door, but not from our bedroom. We would stay here again!

This location is great if you want to be near the Durango rail station or near the shops and restaurants. The condo was very nicely appointed with very nice bed and bath linens. There is a full size microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The unit was extremely clean.The building has a front desk, so the check-in process is similar to that of a hotel. We would recommend this to others for a stay if looking for a hotel-like experience with a full kitchen and wanting easy on foot access to the rail station and the main strip of Durango.

This property was fantastic. Very clean, a nice size room and comfortable space. The bed was wonderful and the shower was nice and new. parking was spot on and close to downtown for walking to restaurants and bars close by. Friendly staff. Clean and a great price.

This is hands down the best place to stay in Durango. Once there you hardly need a car and can walk to all the great things in downtown Durango. Their maintenance and upkeep of the units is top notch. Unit has everything you need and more. Front Desk Staff are amazing and kind!

By far the best stay I’ve had! Friendly, accommodating, and sooo very clean! The beds were heavenly, so comfy. There’s construction around the corner and yet very quiet. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. And did I mention how clean??? Highly recommend!

Summer Getaway

First time visitors to Durango, CO for our summer getaway. Durango did not disappoint! The Resort staff was great & made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was very spacious & clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole property overall. Staff was wonderful, friendly & very welcoming. Durango overall was a great place to visit!

The check in and out process was easy. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is clear they take pride in their facilty and service. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. The pool table, arcade machine, and board games to check out was a bonus. Parking was easy and the location is perfect for walking to the historic district for shops, dining, and the train station. We would absolutely come back.

Great resort option

We loved staying here. All rooms have a kitchen so it was great to be able to bake pizzas one night. Perfect for couples or families. They have a hot tub and game room. Right by Main Street and also walking distance from the train. Great location. We totally recommend it.
