Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. Check-in was easy and stress-free.The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, which made the stay feel just like home. Mountain views were amazing.Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Amazing views

Great property, very spacious and set up exceptionally. Views from balcony are great. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for a great stay. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

Was in town for a few days visiting friends and old coworkers, wanted somewhere central to the areas I wanted to go. The home was better than the pictures. Very nice and very clean.

Great experience

Condo was at a great location and has everything needed, it is spacious and very well kept! Garage was really very convenient! Host has thought of everything a family may need while staying there - dishes, cups, pots and pans.. everything even scissors and tape! Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower! We were extremely happy with the stay!

Perfection

This is the only place we have ever booked TWICE! We vacation to Colorado several times a year and usually stay in the Cascades. We adore this condo, the views, and the property manager!

Durango-Silverton

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and very cozy and clean! Perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Durango Main Street, Durango-Silverton Train, Bar D Chuckwagen dinner show, shopping. We saw deer, elk and some fox on our trip. Would definitely stay again! The only thing we would change is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom (queen).

We'll Be Back!!!

We stayed six nights at the Cascade Village townhouse. From the minute we walked in it felt like home. The place was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the views were outstanding. It’s so nice to be able to pull into your own garage after a full day enjoying the San Juans. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the setting sun. The extra living area came in handy, too! We have decided to make a visit to this property an annual sojourn!

Great townhouse

This townhouse is exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and very well stocked. It’s a 30 min drive north of Durango, but if you don’t want to drive to town to eat, there are 3 really good local places within a 15-10 min drive plus whatever is in Purgatory (most was closed for the summer). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

Perfection!

We travel to Colorado a few times a year. We love staying in the Cascade properties and this one has been the best one yet! We traveled with a 13, 12, 8, & 6 yr old and never felt like the kids were under our feet. The beds were comfortable, the master bath was to die for, and the condo was well stocked. My only complaint was out of ALL the condos we have ever stayed in (always a different one) this was the first to not have any air purifiers…BUT! I messaged the property manager and he had one delivered. I really can’t say enough about the property, you just have to check it out yourself! This is one we will more than likely book TWICE!

We'll Be Back!

OMG! We loved it! Great views; very quiet; very clean; felt right at home. Halfway between Durango and Silverton, which was very convenient. Very close to ski slope, fishing, hiking, etc.

We had a relaxing weekend at the townhouse! The views are epic and it’s just a short drive to Durango, Silverton, and Ouray. Highly recommend!!

Near perfect

This place didn't come cheap, but then it is not cheap. There is little I can think of that I wanted that the owners hadn't already thought of: ok, may be more convenient electrical outlets and a fan in the master bedroom if I really had to think of something. Even the rare imperfection had a layer of functional bricolage. It was ideal for our friends and family vacation, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing place to stay in all ways

This was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed at! From the convenient location to the views from the living room to the quiet and clean bedrooms and living space. This has it ALL! The response from the property manager was immediate and helpful too. Just loved it.
