The place was great! My only issue was the towels. They smelled like they were left in the washing machine for 5-6 days. They smelled quite musty. Other than that, everything was great!

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely place in the Jarvis building. Location was absolutely perfect, as it is directly in the center of downtown Durango. We walked to all meals and shopping. It’s a 5 minute drive to the Fort Lewis campus where our daughter goes to school and it was spacious enough for us to cook dinner and have her over to hang out one of the nights we were staying there. We had a little trouble at check in, as we were not given the code for the front door lockbox to get into the building but a quick call to the customer service number got us right in. Comfortable beds, great amenities. We look forward to staying again on a future visit to Durango!

Nice, clean, and conveniently located! We were able to walk to all the shops, resturants, and the grocery store. The condo was the perfect size for our fall getaway and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Couldn't be a more perfect location. Half block away from middle of business district.Unit is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen fully furnished.Be aware. On Saturday night there's a bar across the street with a loud band. Good news. They stop precisely at 10:00pm. All other nights there's no band.Be sure to go to the Diamond Belle Saloon!!

Great location to restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Everything for in house amenities were great.Bathroom was dirty and ceiling fan had a layer of dirt on the blades.The El Rancho Tavern across the street will keep us from booking the unit again and I would warn others about it. They blasted music untul 2AM each night. Ear plugs were left and no amount would help. The sound machine provided didn't work.We would have left but we already paid for the week.Our provided parking was taken up by the painters and the spot we were given to use was 2 blocks away in an alley behind the grocery store. The listing should say coin operated laundry on site instead of just washer and dryer.

Just as advertised

Great location. The property is just as advertised. The bar across the street was not too loud and I was there over a weekend. It isn't going to be perfectly quiet, as it is in the center of downtown. You can certainly hear the train, but it never runs too early or too late.

Great Historical Condo

This property has everything you need to make you comfortable. The host really took the time to make sure the bed was extremely comfortable, the towels were very absorbant and all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps were provided. Very nice attention to detail. Really appreciated the supply of coffee and everything needed in the kitchen. The ambience is friendly and relaxing.

Downtown Durango vibes

We so enjoyed our stay at the Jarvis Condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. King bed was super comfy. 1.5 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. The location was so convenient. Can’t wait to return next time we’re in Durango.

Memorable stay in historic Durango

The loft was perfectly located in the historic area - steps from shopping and dining. The kitchen was well-equipped, there were plenty of towels and toiletries. Parking was complimentary on-property. Take some time to view the framed photos in the lobby, elevator, and halls for an old west perspective.

Road Trip

Stayed here for a week in the middle of a 4-week roadtrip. Spacious, well-appointed condo in an incredible location. Walked everywhere. Dining, shopping, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. The noise on Friday and Saturday nights mentioned in other reviews didn't really bother us. The listing does mention coin-operated laundry facilities, but we didn't notice that and so we didn't come prepared with quarters. Next time we will.

Weekend getaway

This property is an excellent place to land in downtown Durango. My husband and I have visited every year and this property is the perfect combination of space, comfort and convenient location. This was our second time staying here and we were just as happy as we were during our first stay.
