Convenient downtown condo
Clean and comfortable condo in the heart of downtown Durango. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels and amenities. I highly recommend.

Great location - very nice unit
We had 2 couples and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (right off main street) and walking distance to all of the restaurants we went to as well as the train station. The unit was well equipped. The only minor issue was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit stiff.

WOW! The place was perfect for us. We had a quick trip with lots of stuff to do. Refrigerator only had water in it. Main Avenue had so many great restaurants right in walking distance. The apartment: bedrooms, very nice. I believe there needs to be another dresser in the guest room instead of the chair. But, I used the chair as my dresser. The bathroom in guest room was functional but small. Master bedroom was a little bit bigger. The patio, so much fun to sit and have cocktails and people watch. AC was used and each room had its own split level AC unit. Perfect!! Had no problem checking in or checking out. Parking a large truck in our spot was easy. Back it in!! Parked the other car on 3rd. No problem again! We will be back. Already looking at dates. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice Downtown Location
In the middle of downtown, central and convenient. Dedicated parking spot a plus. Really nicely finished condo and we'll furnished. A little bit of noise from the restaurant below in the early morning.

Main street condo
Overall the property was great! The 2 exceptions were the cleaning of the restaurant below which started daily between 5 and 5:30 am. It was a wakeup call wanted or not; and the parking is very tight. Don't think I would have been able to park in the reserved spot had someone been using the space next to me which was reserved for another unit.

We're so glad you had a great stay! The prime downtown location does sometimes mean early business as the downtown scene gets ready for public. We hope it wasn't too bothersome and that you enjoyed the perks of being downtown more than the noise. There is still free parking a block away on the curb if you find the parking is too tight in the alleyway. Other than that, we're so glad you had an enjoyable stay. It was such a pleasure to host you and we hope you come stay with us again soon!

Durango Downtown Condo

Lovely Place on Main Street
We enjoyed this place very much. Used the balcony overlooking Main Street a couple times. Short walk to the train station to take ride on the steam engine train. We ate at Derailed. Very good!

Perfect choice!!!
This place was perfect in every way! We were 2 couples so the condo was awesome with 2 bedrooms and a bath in each room. Lots of room inside, nice balcony with grill, everything was equipped very well!!! The location is also perfect! Everything is walking distance and so many choices of food, drinks, and shopping, as well as grocery stores nearby. Our one and only complaint was the small parking spot for this unit. It was hard to get in and out of because of its size and being in the alley with dumpsters all around it. Luckily we drove my Highlander and not my husband’s pickup….it would NOT have fit!!! LOL We had a great time in Durango and absolutely loved this condo!!!!

Amazing Stay!
Don't know where to start! There is a HUGE difference in management companies in Durango because this unit was outfitted and cleaned as if we were staying at the Ritz Carlton! (as compared to the unit we rented last summer) It had EVERYTHING imaginable you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bedrooms! We were a group of 3 girls but the house could easily fit 6 people with room to spare. We had a minor issue with plumbing/hot water and the management company had someone there in an instant. When speaking to the management company they were cheerful, happy, and accommodating in every way! The unit says it is stocked with a starter kit for things such as paper products, dish soap etc.. But it was stocked for our entire stay, including a variety of spices, laundry soap, etc. The patio is HUGE and the BBQ will thrill any bbq king! The unit is right on Main Street yet during the week it was super quiet. The weekend was a bit loud but we loved it! We made an error on our check out day and thought we were supposed to leave Sunday...but we were booked until Saturday! The management company was very understanding and gave us time to pack up even though we interrupted their cleaning process for the next guests. Overall we all felt we stuck VRBO rental GOLD!

Beautiful place and location
Beautiful place and location. Durango itself was amazing too!!! Check in was not smooth and the property manager was pretty rude to us when we called because we were not given all the information needed for check in. It felt like we annoyed her and it was not a pleasant exchange. But the property itself was great! Had everything we needed and more! We are grateful the owner opened his or her space to us.

The condo is located in the heart of downtown. A short stroll to many fabulous restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. We loved the deck overlooking Main Street. We would stay again! The owner was quick to respond to questions and incredibly thoughtful.

We loved this property and will recommend it to anyone. It is in the perfect location to anything in Downtown Durango. The property is safe and well kept. We had everything we needed. Loved that there is a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. overall 10/10.

Pictures didn’t fully show how nice the unit was. Eating out on the balcony trimmed with white lights watching the sun set behind the mountains off in the distance and listen to the train whistles was a nice way to end the busy day of touring. Unit was directly on Main Street with tons of restaurants and breweries. Only 1 block from train depot and 40 mile drive to Mesa Verde Park.

Beautiful Space in the Heart of Downtown Durango
This condo was one of the best VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The design of the space, furniture selection, bedding, cute little balconies outside each bedroom and the balcony from the main living space - everything was perfect. The showers were awesome. Even the little towel for removing makeup. So thoughtful. Perfectly designed - not too much; every piece of art was friendly and happy. My husband and I both looooved this space so much and will be back if we come to Durango. We loved being able to just walk outside and a couple steps for coffee, pastry, dinner or hiking - we didn't have to drive at all for days. It is a winner for sure! Thank you, Premier, for a great stay and please pass along our appreciation to the designer of this space - it is so well done!

The unit is modern with fully equipped with everything needed during our stay. Coffee, Paper products, pot, pans, appliances, outdoor grill, spices, iron / board, soaps / shampoos, and much more. The best feature is an outdoor seating over Main Avenue, which we used constantly. Great restaurants, shops and the Durango / Silverton RR whistle blowing in the background was a sound of olden days. Great spot for a relaxing get a way.

Clean, Great Location, Wonderful Stay!
My husband, son, and I stayed at this Durango property for four nights of our week-long road trip from Arizona. We enjoyed that the condo was right in the heart of Durango town, near shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed to cook meals and sleep well. Check-in and out was very smooth as was the communication process with Premier. The parking space was a plus since most of the other close parking is metered. We loved listening to the piano player at the Strater Hotel bar, had a blast kayaking in duckies down the Animas, and riding the famous train to Silverton. There is SO much to do in Durango, people are super friendly, and the small-town mountain vibe is just what we were looking for. We recommend staying at this property!

Recommendation
Let me put it this way, I'd stay there again in a heart beat. I don't think you can have a better recommendation than that. As a matter of fact, we are planning on staying there again.
