Our stay was great. We had 4 households staying together for a family vacation. Alpenglow fit our needs great! The kitchen is well furnished and the host was great with questions!! Also - the check out process was a dream. So much easier than so places we have stayed. We did pay the extra resort fee to access the pool and fitness center since we had several kids with us, and it worked out great. We went to the area without a huge list of plans so the location worked well for us to explore Durango one day, Mesa Verde one day, Ouray (highly recommend) one day and then the train to Silverton too. We also did family pictures with Haylee Fleck at Haviland Lake - check her out if you need family pictures - she was the sweetest. Overall we had a great stay and this location fit the bill for our crew of 14 perfectly!

Great home for our family’s annual ski trip to Purgatory Ski Resort.

We love having room for all our family to stay together and have the convince of ski in ski out location!! We will book this home again.

Great house!

Easy ski in-out with lots of beds! The bunk room is perfect and big for the kids! House was very clean and host was extremely responsive. No issues!!

Great house

We enjoyed our stay in Purgatory and the home was just as the pictures looked. There was plenty of space for our mini reunion and wedding weekend. Would stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home

We've been to Purgatory for our annual 'family ski trip' now for four years - This home was/is our new family favorite. Beautiful home and super location - couldn't have been more perfect.

Hog JAM 2023!

A group of 15 of us had a fabulous time exploring southern Colorado using this condo as our home base. It was beautiful, cozy and very well equipped. Exchanging texts with the property manager was so simple to get updated info. Thanks for making it so easy.

Needs some TLC

The carpet was so filthy dirty we were afraid to go barefoot. The toilets and shower on the second and third floor need maintence When I talked to a rep months ago I told her we were a group of 65 year olds and this rental has a lot of steps. It was not a good rental for older women climbing stairs. It does have several bedrooms

Great place for our family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout worked well for us providing enough space for all to gather as well as separate spaces when the kids and adults wanted it. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. A couple of maintenance issues were promptly taken care of. Our only suggestion would be to get sharper kitchen knives!

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to gather for a wedding at Black Diamond Lodge (only 1.3 miles from the site). We had two young families with kids under 5 and the 3rd floor was perfect for naps and early bedtimes so the adults could still enjoy each others company without worrying about waking the kids. We really appreciated that each bedroom had a bathroom and a shower/bath. Each morning we sat outside on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains while listening to the waterfall. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next visit.

Perfect Ski In-Ski out for big group

We had a mix of family and friends staying here. Some were all the way from England! This was the perfect spot for all of us to spread out. It’s really nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom so it provided a lot of privacy. We had 5 boys ranging from 7-13 and they LOVED the bunk room! The common spaces are great. Kitchen stocked well with everything you need. Short walk to the bunny lift and you can almost ski right back to the house. We had an amazing vacation weekend and the space provided us with everything we could need or want. The hosts also checked in daily via text message to make sure we were good, which I thought was very cool.

Amazing House for Multiple Families

The house has lots of rooms and very comfy beds. Each room has its own bathroom providing privacy for individual families. The teenagers loved the upper living/bunk room. The patios provided extra sitting space. We skied and recommend taking a right from the house and walk up the hill and then ski down. The hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed staying here with our friends and families

Great place!

The house was great! Access to the ski hill was easy and quick. The kitchen is well stocked. The mgmt company was very responsive and addressed any issues we had in a timely manner. We would definitely rent agajin!
