Fabulous house with a fabulous view

We have a wonderful stay here for my birthday, 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. Was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and safe enough to let the kids run around the house. Well stocked kitchen with a spice cabinet better than my own! Beautiful views and excellent communication with the owners. We will definitely be back again

Wonderful family vacation home

Beautiful home with great location between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort. The whole family loved the spacious game room and pool table especially.The kitchen was outfitted perfectly. Everything we needed and then some for a family of 12 who do a lot of cooking.The owner was friendly and communicated promptly and clearly.

LOVED OUR STAY

We are already looking forward to our next trip to Durango so we can stay in this lovely home! The owners were so helpful and we made sweet memories together as a family. From the beautiful front porch overlooking the mountains while the train whistle blew as it passed by to epic pool and foosball games upstairs, we will remember it all forever.

2025 Fesler Ski Trip

We loved this house!! Comfortable beds, roomy, and has everything you could need there for cooking meals and enjoying your stay. The game room was a big plus!!! We played pool and watched football quite a bit. Highly recommend!!

Property was just as described. Large enough for our 13 with room to spare. Kids had lots of room for activities. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed equipment to cook while we were there. Loved the location. Loved the accommodations. .

Great location and house!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful house for my husband's 40th birthday trip. I would strongly recommend. Tons of space for a large group of family and friends of various ages to spread out and relax. Location was very close to the spa/hot springs, downtown Durango, and the railroad. Kitchen was very well stocked to prepare breakfasts and dinners for a large group! Views and the outdoor areas were beautiful. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful Place!

The property is beautiful. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of the trip but Ann did an amazing job taking care of everything very quickly and communicated promptly. I would not miss staying here if the opportunity is there if I were you. I would definitely stay here again!

Durango retreat

Very nice property. Close to Durango and other activities but at the same time secluded. We tremendously enjoyed our stay, especially sitting out on the deck! Host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Family Trip

Our family stayed 5 days in this home celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary and 80th birthdays. We rode the train to Silverton, hiked, swam in the river and enjoyed downtown Durango. This home provided us the perfect gathering spot. It fit our family - young and old just right. Our stay was complete - easy reservations and payment process, great host communications, good location to local sites, lots of space for everyone (inside and out), beautiful views, plenty of kitchen and bath supplies, and very clean. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Durango area. Thank you for sharing your property and helping to make a great trip for our family!

Outstanding Property

We spent a week at this beautiful home outside of Durango. It was the perfect spot for our family of 10. With 6 bedrooms we all had plenty of space and both living areas allowed some to watch movies and play games while others watched the Olympics. We all spent ample time on the large from porch. This area was amazing with beautiful views, lots of seating, a fireplace and a large table where we had a very special dinner! The location was also perfect for trips to Purgatory, Mesa Verde, the Durango train and the nearby Durango Hot Springs. The location was also close to James Ranch which we thoroughly enjoyed! We highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic Property!

We were 3 families staying at this beautiful property. There is plenty of room for everyone. The early birds didn't disturb the night owls and vice versa. Plenty of pool and poker were played while on vacation. You are far enough away from town so it is peaceful, but still not a far drive into Durango. We loved hearing the train each day. The front porch is an amazing place for games, eating and best of all - relaxation! Ann has thought of everything with her property. This vacation home was the easiest stay we ever had! Basic consideration was really all she asked, unlike other places where you have a ton of rules, cleaning expectations, etc. We felt comfortable in her home and treated it like we were staying at a good friend's home. All of us hope to return to Durango again and Ann's home would be our 1st choice!
