Great Space!

Clean, has everything you need, and walking distance to skiing! Management was quick to reply to any questions, and got some outlets that weren’t working fixed pretty quickly. We had a great stay!

Getaway!

It was a perfect spot for a perfect trip! Easily able to walk to the lifts and easy check in and out. Murphy bed was super comfortable and having the locker right outside the door was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cute little condo....short walk to slops.

Condo was small but cute! The bunk beds are for small children only but are a good use of the space. The walk to the slops is short which is what we were looking for.

Perfect for a place to rest your head!

Rented this studio for family friends that just needed a place to sleep. Most of their time was spend with the other family on a townhouse right on the mountain! Great place, great price!

Nice studio condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is small, but had everything we needed for our stay. It is in walking distance to the main ski lifts. Does have a small locker outside of the condo that can hold a few sets of ski's and boots. The bunk beds are pretty narrow, kids would be just fine on them, but adults will be cramped.

Ski Weekend

My family enjoyed staying in this unit for an extended ski weekend. We are 2 adults and 2 adult children and although this is a studio we managed to have ample space to fit our needs. We love the location, the well appointed kitchen and access to the pool and hot tub. The property manager was always very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great for a 3 day snowboarding getaway. Location to lift was a short few minute walk. Are at Purgy one night and Pizza another night. Easy walk to both. Owners were quick to response when needing assistance

Great Little Place!

Excellent location, with fairly easy walk to start skiing. Everything was clean and easy to access. Customer service was responsive and very friendly. Love being right there in Purgatory, and even with being in first floor we had beautiful views out the porch. It was a little tight for our teenagers on sleeping, but I would definitely book this place again. Value was solid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was good. The Townhomes are with in walking distance to the Resort. The home was clean and in good working order. The was some question about needing a permit for parking, but the management was helpful in solving that.

Week prior to Labor Day

I had no idea the Four Corner Rally was in Durango, so it was even better staying at Purgatory (not that I'm against crowds, just didn't line up with purpose of being in the country). For couples or individuals looking to save a little but still have all you need. I would highly recommend this property. The unit is a studio, but does have two small bunk beds. I really enjoyed having a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Check in and check out was seamless with notifying the host as well for a question. I'll be back to Durango, what a fantastic area to hike and home base for other area travels.

The title will fool you

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot Tub/Fitness--What a joke. There was no hot tub near by. I called the rental company, they said their is no hot tub or fitness. The rental company called me back and explained I could go to the main lodge and pay for it. The maid lodge is about 10 minute walk, then I was unsure who to pay who to contact and where to change.
