Pet friendly but very clean! Convenient for hosting infant and toddler during the wedding. Great place to take a break from the festivities. Quiet location. Our family loved waving at the train. We also had excellent views of the hot air balloons!

We had an amazing time at River Bend Ranch! The family that owns it is so sweet and kind! My husband and sons loved fishing the pond for trout. I loved the view and sitting outside enjoying nature. If you want a place to relax and recharge… this is it! This place did not disappoint!

Piece/peace of heaven

It’s hard to explain just how wonderful, beautiful and peaceful the whole property is. We wanted to stay where we would see wild game and beautiful scenery of Colorado. God provided it all! The owners are a wonderful family! We are ready to stay there again soon, We live in West Texas and it was so great to find out the owners had family in our area.

Wedding/Anniversary Getaway

The place was absolutely beautiful. My nieces wedding was at this venue so it worked out perfectly for us. It was our 1st wedding anniversary so we decided to make a weekend of it. The only thing that was a minor issue was that the sprinklers came on while we were trying to load up our truck lol. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, well maintained property

The property is in a great location, conveniently close to downtown! We really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area and the surroundings. We saw deer hanging out near the pond almost every night. Seeing the train go by every day was really cool and inspired us to take a ride on it ourselves! The only complaint I have is the pots and pans were really scratched up and worn out. Other than that the cabin was very clean and cozy - especially the recliners!

Nice setting, great stay

We chose this property due to the location and ample parking for our trailers. We met an international group of friends and really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space is a great addition to the house.

Perfect

This house was perfect! We rented this house after another house failed us. It was perfect for our almost 1 year old to crawl around and play. We also still felt like we were “in the mountains”. Our favorites were the train that came by multiple times in the morning and afternoon and the deer that came to eat the apples in the front yard.

Great cabin for anytime of the year!

It was very quaint country cottage the rooms were perfect for 4 adults and 1 child the amenities in and around property were great love this place definitely will be back, we met Dan the owner very nice gentleman and very accommodating thank you for having such a beautiful venue and if anyone Is thinking of getting married this is the place also they have that ability and the barn/event hall is beautiful!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We had the best time on this property. Beautiful scenery, lots of room for kids to run around. I loved sitting by the pond with my morning cup of coffee taking in the quiet and beautiful surroundings. We got a lot of family time in hanging out in the large patio, playing board games and grilling. The house was clean and beautifully kept. We loved every minute of our stay here and hope to be back next year!

Unique Stay

We had a blast at this cabin! Loved the train coming by during the day. That was actually a fun highlight. Enjoyed the deck, paddleboats and fire pit. Great place for a family!

Family time for Spring Break

Everything about our experience was perfect! Loved the location to the town and ski resort. I am sure the property is even more beautiful in the late Spring/summer. For our family, we could not have asked for more. Thanks to the the owners and mgt. Ticer family 2021 Spring break!

COVID Thanksgiving

Overall, a great place to get away, out of the city. Take a walk to the ponds, do some quick fishing, see the wildlife on the property. The kitchen was missing some things... measuring cups, can opener, extra silverware, ice! Also, for a cabin that will sleep 6, the living room only sits 5 people, unless someone wants to sit on the floor! The couch and chair provided were not comfortable. Feels like it was the old furniture taken out of the main house somewhere. The bedrooms were clean and bathrooms were stocked with towels and supplies. The price was decent, but considering all of the “fees” that added to the price, that is obnoxious. The cleaning fee is a joke, considering you have to load the washer and dishwasher before you leave and upon entering the house, we had patches of cobwebs around the kitchen lights. Again, a very nice property but not sure if I would stay again. Feel a bit robbed on price.

Amazing stay, surrounded by the beauty of nature!

First, we will definitely be back to stay!! We did so many active things within a few miles from the property, but our favorite part of our stay was coming back to the property and relaxing on the beautiful grounds while the kids ran around and explored. It was so relaxing, with breathtaking views. The property has everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your stay. We had SO many friends asking where we were staying based on the pictures we posted, however, photos do not even do this place justice. Icing on the cake was the property manager was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a perfect end of summer stay - both kids and adults want to come back soon!!
