"Lovely people running a lovely hotel serving excellent food. However - and this was self inflicted as all the information is given when booking -we were in one of the two 'small double' rooms and I missed the fact that the room hss a small double bed as well as being a small room! My mistake just be aware. I'd happily stay here again just in a bigger room. Dunster Castle is a short uphill walk away and well worth a visit. The West Somerset Railway is pretty close and also a very good trip."

"Wonderful, friendly, local on a lovely street. Some great scenery and local walks. Pub next door. Great traditional B&B. James and Jane are very caring and want your stay the best it can be."

"Lovely cottage with great size rooms. Parking was not so easy on a bank holiday weekend. Well appointed kitchen. Great shower."

"Great location. Well equipped cottage, but not as cosy and comfortable as we expected. We felt it was a little under maintained and tired. In need of some TLC. Although the kitchen was well equipped, many thing’s didn’t match, some of the pans and crockery needed replacing. Very dark and drab."

"Everything was great. Maybe a usb charging point might have been good in the room. The only annoying thing was the shower gel dispenser in the bath. It didnt work. Luckily i had my own to hand."
