"The staff were amazing. They had so many details like bringing milk to the room every day. The food was awesome. They made a great breakfast including eggs Benedict and a wonderful supper that gave you 3 different options for meat. The decor is amazing in both the bedroom and the rest of the decor. We felt very cared for. We loved the hotel!!!!"

"We were asked to book a breakfast time slot on arrival, so we selected 8:30–9:00. However, when we went down that morning, all the doors were locked and there was no staff present. We tried every contact number provided, including the delivery and service numbers advertised, but received no answer or callback. This was extremely disappointing, particularly as we needed to leave promptly. In the end, we had no choice but to leave at 9:30 without breakfast and return the keys through the...
