"The property was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all we needed. Short walk into the city where for the many restaurants. Parking was a challenge. The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road. This we could not do as there was...

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...
