"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room.
