The Sea Glass cottage is an amazing space! The house is beautifully decorated and offers a very comfortable living room with multiple couches and chairs, and a fantastic sun deck with lots of seating. It’s a great space where you can still feel outside even if the weather isn’t cooperating. The fully-stocked kitchen was very appreciated and was perfect for fixing a Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a quick walk to the beach where you can take in beautiful views of Lake Winnipeg. We are hoping to visit again in the future!

The layout of this property is excellent. The open space between kitchen and living area meant no one missed any part of a conversation or movie just because they went to fill a coffe mug or get a snack. The backyard was beautifully lit with lights and completely surrounded by trees, a lovely wooden fence or the back of the house, with an inviting bonfire pit. Would have definitely spent time there if it hadn't been raining all weekend. One of best places we've ever stayed. Would love another visit here for sure. Host answered all questions promptly. The house was stocked with everything necessary to make a weekend stay relaxed. Probably the best experience I've ever had regarding kitchen utensils, dinnerware, small appliances, all things kitchen related, in a house rental. They really have thought of everything.

A beautiful backyard that we didn't really get to enjoy this time because of the rain. Next time.

Host is correct that the beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. It was a lovely walk even though rain cut it shorter than we'd hoped for.

A.very nicely furnished, spacious area to relax and spend time for our "mother/daughter" annual get-away. We'd love to come back.

The cottage was so nice and so warm and cozy. Had everything you need for a stay and then some wonderful added items that were a surprise and so much appreciated. The grandkids said sitting by the fire pit in the backyard was like being in an enchanted forest . The hosts were very easy to contact and so very helpful. All and all a wonderful family vacation was had by all!! Thank you Cheryl and Sheree for helping make special memories

All of us were WOWED from the moment we stepped into the cottage. It was extremely clean and was so inviting!The owners were extremely communicative and very quick to respond at all times.The location is very nice and very close to all your needs.The fact that none of us wanted to leave speaks for itself.It is definitely worth the stay!

Kick Off to Summer

The listing does not do this rental justice. The place is beautiful. The sunroom was well used! The location is so close to the beach, just a short walk away. We will definitely book here again!

Weekend family getaway

It was a very nice cabin and it supplied everything you need for a very short stay. There was a 100 cleaning charge automatically put on my bill, I didn’t love that, but the cabin was nice.

We wrote our appreciation of this cabin in their memories book. The cabin was lovely, very spacious for the two of us (brother and sister). Everything we needed was at the ready. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen and dining area were clean and well-stocked. Would come back again, if I didn't live so far away (Vancouver).

Perfect Cottage near the Lake

Our group was amazed by the cleanliness and organization of Sheree and Cheryl's cottage. Everything we needed to cook with was there, firewood was neatly stacked ready to burn next to the fireplace, every room had each persons towels on the dressers or side tables, the details into the stay were incredible. The communication I had with Sheree and Cheryl before and after the trip has been great too, wonderful people that want to make sure we had a good time!We were ice fishing so access to the lake was important, and found it easy to find a spot nearby to get on and off the lake each day. The group is already discussing plans to be back next season!Again, great place and location!

We were at Lake Winnipeg ice fishing and this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean and cozy. The owners are great to work with! I highly recommend staying.

Our stay at Sea Glass Cottage was absolutely perfect in every way. Sheree and Cheryl are outstanding hosts who truly understand hospitality. Their thoughtful welcome gifts (wine and homemade apple bread) with a personal handwritten note set the tone for an amazing stay.The cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal - just steps from the beach, and every room shows incredible attention to detail. The beds are supremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the sunroom is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.What truly sets this property apart is the hosts' dedication to ensuring their guests have the best possible experience. Their communication was outstanding, they were incredibly accommodating, and their pride in maintaining this beautiful property is evident everywhere you look. Without hesitation, I can say this is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Glass Cottage! Nicely renovated, decorated, and impeccably clean! Loved all the beach art on the walls. Very roomy with lots of seating areas. Lots of board games to play and books to read (I devoured one during my stay) and everything we could possibly need during our stay. Being September we pretty well had the beaches to ourselves - water was warm and weather was perfect. Especially loved walking on the berm all along the beach, and also the walking path between the railway line and railway street. We walked 2/3rds of it there and black (2 hours!). Would love to come back again. Thanks Cheryl & Sheree for such a wonderful place to stay!

Review of Dunnotar property

Terrific in every sense. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Close to 2 parts of the beach (although 1 of them is difficult to actually get down to); maybe avoid shadfly season!
