"Appartement spacieux avec balcon, tres bien amenagé, en excellente condition, au centre ville et dans un parc calme, marché le vendredi matin au pied de immeuble Tres petit point negatif: absence de parois de douche ou paravan (douche a l'italienne) qui fait tres vite innonder la salle de bain. On n'a pas trouvé le local poubelles au sous-sol dans le parking pour sortir les ordures en fin de sejour. On va surement y retourner, excellent sejour!"

Man hört zwar die Strasse, dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oder Passanten direkt am Garten, ist daher zu empfehlen für Leute, die Wert auf Privatsphäre legen. Der Innenraum ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht (moderner Backofen/Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Internet). "Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit viel Tageslicht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters haben wir allerdings viel Zeit im Freien verbracht und den Ausblick auf den Schwarzwald genossen. "Alles war in bester Ordnung. Lediglich wie schon mehrfach erwähnt wurde ist der Weg zur Sauna. Dieser ist bei Regen nur äußerst vorsichtig zu begehen. Und die Gartenlounge sollte auch mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles bestens. Sogar mit Blick auf Alpakas gegenüber vom Gebäude. "

"A great place for a large family group (19 of us) including Aunts, Uncles, and cousins to join together comfortably to base our explorations of Southeastern Germany from the Black Forest to Stuttgart. The host were wonderful and the property exceptionally clean with lots of space for all of us. The views from the property balconies of the lush hillside farms and forests were beautiful."
