For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great. "Perfect location close to the river with a view. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for 7 of us along with 3 dogs. The owner is very prompt in communicating and flexible with check in and check out which we really appreciated. We made great memories here and it was a 5-star stay for our family at Rainbow River. Also our favorite breakfast place is Purple Sage and is only a 1 minute drive."

We have always stayed closer to Sumter Landing so were hoping that we’d have the same experience with the Spanish Springs Square and all was fantastic! "This home was beautiful online but even better when we arrived! It sat on a gorgeous piece of property with beautiful views! The house was large and comfortable and the movie room was jaw dropping! We also enjoyed the large swimming pool and had plenty of room for entertaining on the deck and patio. Then only negative was us having to leave too soon! We will be back for sure!"

"Had a wonderful three night stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Loved just relaxing on the dock, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, and swaying on the hammock. Heated spa pool was wonderful, and great pizza just down the road. Hosts made check-in a breeze and every guest detail was given forethought and taken care of.
