The White House is a high-end waterfront home on Harbour Island, offering panoramic harbour views, a private deep-water dock, and a wrap-around swimming pool.

Located just a five-minute golf-cart ride from Pink Sands Beach and most of the island’s incredible restaurants, and less than a five-minute walk from famed Sip Sip, the home offers the best of Harbour Island at your doorstep.

The property can be rented as a 3-bedroom/3.5-bath main house for up to 6 guests or as a 5-bedroom/5.5-bath home for up to 10 guests with the addition of the separate guest cottage. The published rate is for the main house. For parties of more than six, the guest cottage may be added for US$500 per night and is never rented separately.

The main house features three king en-suite bedrooms, while the guest cottage offers one king en-suite bedroom and one twin en-suite bedroom. The twin beds include trundles that can accommodate two additional guests, although space is limited when the trundles are in use.

Designed in true Bahamian style by renowned Nassau architect Monty Knowles and built by Bahamian craftsmen, the home combines relaxed island living with high-end comfort. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas create a wonderful gathering space for families and groups, while expansive outdoor areas invite guests to spend their days enjoying the pool, harbour, and spectacular sunsets.

The home's 10-foot x 40-foot windows provide panoramic views across the harbour, while the serpentine wrap-around pool offers a peaceful place to cool off or watch the sunset. The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee.

Guests also enjoy private dock access, with dockage available for an additional fee for those arriving by boat. The deep-water dock can accommodate vessels from approximately 30 to 120 feet, with a draft of up to 9 feet.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, reverse osmosis drinking water, an emergency generator, in-room safes, and maid service. Wi-Fi provides approximately 75 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, suitable for streaming, Zoom, and conference calls, with Starlink Satellite available as a backup.

For families traveling with young children, the home also offers a cot, high chair, and a booster seat.

Minimum stays may be adjusted when availability permits, so it is always worth inquiring.

A US$200 supplement applies to Sunday check-ins or check-outs.

Getting Here: Harbour Island is approximately a five-minute taxi or water-taxi ride from North Eleuthera Airport, which has daily flights from Nassau, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. A fast ferry service also operates from Nassau.
