"My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days and have zero faults! The entire place was incredibly clean and the beds were SO comfortable. On top of that, Tracey was lovely! The breakfasts were all expertly made (I made my way through a couple of them) and the entire stay had a homely feel that didn’t feel overpowering. The room had amenities most hotels don’t provide, including Prime, Disney, Netflix and NowTV logged in on the tv. The venue is bang in the middle of old town and literally a stones...

"The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back "

"Good onsite parking within a very short walk to Battle high street and abbey but unfortunately the abbey park grounds were closed but none the less had a lovely pre Christmas one night stay at the Chequers, the food was of good quality both evening and breakfast, staff friendly and helpful, the room spacious and mattress very comfortable but could all do with refreshing but bear in mind it is a very old Inn circa 1478 but what is really needed are blackout blinds on the windows as our room was...

"We enjoyed our stay at Guestling Hall Hotel and were welcomed at the door by Chad, who was polite and courteous. The room was beautifully decorated and warm at all times. The breakfast was hot, as I like it,and very tasty and plentiful. If you wish to have fresh filtered coffee, just ask, at no extra cost. Chad's partner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a lovely and enjoyable stay. "

"I have stayed here a few times and have always had a good stay. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very good and the rooms have everything you need. I was asked if I wanted to change my room when I arrived as the one I booked had a bath and another room was free with a shower, this was done without me asking, although I was not fussed but changed rooms anyway."
