"Had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage!
The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time away. I felt safe throughout the stay, and the location was excellent, with cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
The host was wonderful (very easy to communicate back and forth with, even left an itinerary with recommendations, LOVEDDD THATTT) and truly, appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Would absolutely recommend this...

"HUMID INSIDEThe air conditioning was a real issue. The room was cool but not cold. The air conditioner did not remove the humidity from the air at all. Most of the fabric surfaces were moist to the touch, which was very uncomfortable. The first night, the air was so thick I had to use an asthma pump. It is a shame the room was great otherwise. I think a dehumidifier would have made our stay a totally different experience."

"Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry.
Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. "

"The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. The beds and bedding were very good. Lots of amenities for...

"Loved my stay at this property in Dunedin! It was exactly what I needed, and was located in an area that was easily walkable to everything in the downtown area. Anastasia was very responsive to my texts upon arrival and throughout my stay whenever I had a question. Parking/location may seem a bit tricky at first but if you pay close attention to the directions provided you will find it easy. It was all exactly as stated. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips to the area. "

"The property was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The hosts responded promptly to my messages. They are on property and welcomed us when we arrived. The condo is beautiful, with high ceilings, an open concept living area, and updated kitchen. Parking is in a lot just outside the front door, with reserved spots for guests. The property is very secure, and that put our minds at ease right away. The building is on the Main Street of historic downtown Dunedin, and all the...
