"We enjoyed our one night there. The host was quick to respond to texted questions. The train across the street did not disturb our sleep. There were a lot of dvds to choose from for the evening entertainment. The hosts sent a detailed set of instructions which made finding and using the house easy. "

"Easy parking on the street in front. ( In October) Great view of the harbour and lovely sunrise. The house is lovely, very clean, fully equipped and spacious over 3 floors. "Absolutely loved our stay in Andrea’s pod. From the get-go, communication was established and Andrea helped ensure we arrived at the pod quickly with clear directions. "Fisherman's Rest was exactly what we were hoping for. We needed somewhere to stay in Helmsdale while we waited to get the keys to our new property, and needed it to have internet speed fast enough that my husband (a programmer) could work. This comfortable cottage had everything we needed! The kitchen was well-equipped, and meant we didn't have to eat out 3 meals a day. (Which gets old, really quickly for me.) The bed was comfortable, as is the furniture in the living room. "
