"It is a very unique place with a beautiful spot on Portage Lake. It reminds me a bit of the "resort" in Dirty Dancing. Very pet friendly, Dollhouse was extremely clean. "- The hot tub was great. - The driveway was one big sheet of ice! I fell twice but luckily my family did not fall.- A lot of kitchen cabinet doors were broken- The cleaner knocked on the door at 10:15 the day of check out but we didn't think about the time change. We were following the time from the oven clock. - Overall the house was ok. It was close to Crystal Mountain so it was what we needed. We won't spend over 800 for two days at this specific property again."

"This was our second stay here. It’s a great place for a couple, plenty of space and the couch opens to a bed if needed. Kim is a great hostess and there is plenty of information available for the Frankfort area. Driving in can be a little tricky the first time but a breeze after that. There is a nice walking beach at the end of the road (several steps to negotiate) though. You will be close to all the shops and a beach in Frankfort. Point Betsie is 15 minutes north and Sleeping Bear National...
