"There is a lot of good about the property and the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, but here are some things to consider.
The apartment we stayed in had two big massive windows which is awesome, but the shades are only light filtering so it's still pretty bright in the room at night. The blinds in the bedroom should have had black out blinds. So you might want to bring your own sleeping masks to help make the rooms darker.
The only other downside is how loud the AC is when it turns...

"The room was charming and welcoming and beautifully appointed. The location was fabulous with the ability to go for long walks along the lakefront a few steps away. I didn’t receive check-in instructions and had to call for those when I arrived but the staff were super helpful and even got my room ready early as the weather was dreadful and I had my dog with me. It was a lovely place to stay!"

"You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in.
However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything.
Other guests arriving at the same time also had not received a code.

"It's not the HI Express. Parking was plentiful in the ramp across the street. You walk to find breakfast, but all the shops were good (except the bakery-that was excellent!!). Canel walk was close enough, but you will be tired after walking all day. The room we stayed in had character-dark walls, the walkin glass shower had stripes like a cage! We'll probably check it out the next time we visit Duluth."

"This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful.
Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room.
I loved this place and will stay in the future."

"I liked all the windows but one large pane had condensation - obstructing the view. ~Two flights of stairs - not sure that was mentioned. It all seemed cobbled together, the moldings, doors, furniture, etc. For this cost I expected mire. Plus its really far from any day or night activities. If you just want to get away - watch movie, read a book, it’s fine. Plus I don’t think i should have to take out my own garbage when i leave. Parking was horrible as were the asphalt steps down - felt...
