"Great house, amazing beds, very clean. A few little things like no hot water for the first evening and full trash cans. Before check-in we got a little worried as we were copied on a mass text about check in instructions with other renters on the same feed. The host company took care of all the issues with 24 hours. "Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! "Awesome location away from town! We enjoyed the hummingbirds (so many of them!) and the deer that came around every day, multiple times a day. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ran great as well. We used it two times a day during our stay. I was worried about the lack of air conditioning (we’re from Texas) but there are plenty of windows that we could open to get a great breeze. "
