"The staff was friendly. However, management took advantage of us. We were charged 10x the normal rate for certain services (for which we did not get the price for until after our stay). When I raised concern about this the owner threatened us and wouldn’t allow us to leave until we paid what they asked for. Horrible experience, would not recommend."

"It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is — it might be the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed.
