With direct access to a 4,000 m² private beach and two jetties reserved for residents, this apartment guarantees a unique lakeside experience. The surrounding walking trails also invite you to explore the region’s natural beauty at your own pace.

The flat is laid out as follows:

- Spacious living room with a large family sofa, dining area and large floor-to-ceiling windows offering exceptional panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Direct access to the terrace, garden and lake.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and kitchen utensils.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80x190 cm) that form a double bed (cannot be separated), direct access to the terrace/garden and the lake.
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (90x190 cm), bookcase with books available (no window).
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) (no window).
- Bathroom with toilet.

Outdoors:
- Large 40 m² terrace furnished with a dining table, a relaxation area and garden furniture.
- Private paved area belonging to the flat and a communal lawn for residents.
- 4,000 m² private beach with two jetties.

Can be rented in combination with Le Loft Azur (1st floor) to accommodate up to 7 people.

Transport:
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 from Annecy provide easy access to the city centre (approx. 20 mins) and the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). Daviet stop
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
