We have just returned from a lovely 10 days at Villa Allegra. This is a beautiful, well located villa which enjoys stunning views. The villa is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. A highlight was the outside seating area and pool which we all thoroughly enjoyed. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and local restaurants and there was lots to do in the area. There was easy and helpful communication with the hosts. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Allegra.

Stunning Villa

A stunning villa with absolutely incredible views. The villa it self is perfect in every way, there were 4 of us staying for a week. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. They are so attentive if required and the communication is immediate. If you haven’t been to Croatia, go, and this villa is amazing. To get the view you are on a hill side, we don’t have a car and walked everywhere. The supermarket and bakery are 15 mins, the gorgeous sandy beach is 10 mins and the old town of Omis about 20 mins. Taxi from Split was 60 euro each way for 4 with suitcases. The pool is a perfect size and has the sun from 6am til 6pm.Thank you Ana and Goran a superb week in your incredible place that we will remember forever.

Tranquil stunning views

Fabulous location with stunning views of Omis and the Adriatic. Crystal clear pool and not chlorinated which was wonderful. We had a warm welcome and a generous platter of local delicacies provided by Goran who was waiting for us. Our hosts were helpful and checked in on us by message. A very comfortable house and bedrooms with lots of spare linens etc. Having 5-10 minute walk to the beach (shallow and clear) was brilliant. Cafes and bars along the beach. Omis is lovely. Peaceful setting. We felt relaxed and had a wonderful holiday and first visit to Croatia. We will be back! A few notes - the pool is all one depth apart from the steps edge so may be difficult for those with limited mobility (to get in) and smaller kids. Also down the steps to the pool away from the house for line of sight. The pool gets the morning sun so a bit cooler in the afternoon (subjective of course!). Walk to the beach could be difficult for some as it is steep, uneven and loose underfoot at the top but well signposted. Walking back up in the heat could also be hard for some. Having said all that - worth the effort as you are straight onto the lovely beach. We went almost every day! Drive up to the house may be hard for some- a little narrow and steep in place but paved roads - as is much of the area. None of these diminished our experience and enjoyment but may be helpful to others to have this information.

Perfect location

We were pleasantly greeted by Goran. The Villa was spotlessly clean and given a tour of the property. A welcome package of refreshments waiting for us which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Linen and pool towel were quality and the facilities too. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area gave welcome shelter. The view is spectacular from the Villa. The local supermarket is a short walk down the hill and the beach a 5 minute walk down a dusty track. The old town is approximately 15 minute walk which offer many places to eat and drink. Lots of places of interest along the river and river taxis at a small cost. We booked a half day boat trip to the island of Brac and a stop at the blue lagoon a fantastic morning and would recommend. Split is a 40 minute drive away and again would recommend a visit. Croatia is stunning and the coastline is beautiful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Villa we had a perfect family holiday.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Man weiß nicht wo man anfangen soll zu schwärmen. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Der Herbst in Kroatien hat sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt. Ein überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, eine nette Begrüßung, ein richtig schönes Haus in dem es an nichts mangelte. Fabulous villa in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed at Villa Allegra for a week in early July and had a fabulous time. The villa is perfect - spacious, perfectly equipped with modern facilities, lovely private pool and great location close to the beach, supermarket and just a 1km walk to the beautiful town of Omiš. The property owners are extremely friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The glorious weather rounded it off to be a perfect week for exploring the local area and I’d highly recommend hiring a boat for a trip up the Cetina river and taking a boat over to Brac island and the sunning beach of Bol. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Wunderbares Haus in toller Lage und großartige, super nette Vermieter

Das Haus ist ein Traum für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub mit Nähe zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist top und in Duce und Omis findet man alles (Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurant) was man für die tägliche Verpflegung benötigt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Allegra. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Goran mit einem reich gedeckten Tisch mit Baguette, Wein und einer Schinken- und Käseplatte empfangen. Zusätzlich stand eine gefüllte Obstschale im geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus und uns wurden viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen, man hat direkte Sicht auf das Meer und die Berge drumherum, die im Abendlicht regelrecht glühen. Zum Meer kann man in wenigen Minuten laufen und ist direkt an einem aufgeschütteten Sandstrand, an dem in regelmäßigen Abständen auch Bäume stehen, die Schatten spenden. Wenn wir uns nicht im Meer abgekühlt haben, waren wir im privaten Pool, der sogar mit einem kleinen Wasserfall ausgestattet ist. Draußen kann man außerdem wunderbar grillen und das Essen auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick genießen. Die Gegend eignet sich gut zum Mountainbiken; ganz in der Nähe ist ein Fluss, wo Rafting angeboten wird und sogar einen Flying Fox gibt es dort. Auch Omiš schien ein sehenswerter kleiner Ort zu sein, den wir leider aufgrund von Corona nicht im Detail besichtigen konnten. Hier ist also für jeden etwas dabei. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, Goran und Ana! Der Urlaub war wirklich ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Two marvelous weeks

The house is ideally located to discover Dalmatia as well as accessing a beautiful beach with a 5mn walk. The view is wonderful. House is very well equipped, very convenient, with a nice pool. Proprietaries are very nice, and welcome you with a prepared buffet. Nice restaurants on the croatian riviera. The two weeks went to quickly like a dream!

Mehr geht nicht!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, genau wie die Vermieter. Bei der Hausübernahme wurde der Esstisch mit Leckereien aus Kroatien gedeckt: Schinken, Käse, Wein, Gebäck usw. , das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt, da ist das Ankommen schon ein Erlebnis. Das gesamte Haus war super sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Selbst die Küchenausstattung haben wir in so einer Qualität leider bislang nicht erleben dürfen. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Und dann der Außenbereich: Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Schöne und sehr gepflegte Terrasse mit bequemer Lounge-Ecke, Esstisch, Grill und natürlich der Pool. Das geht nicht mehr viel schöner. Vielen Dank nochmal an Goran und seine Frau für diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
