"Clean and cozy "

"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware"

I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!"

"Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost."

The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...
