"Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? Our room was ok but not as clean as it should have been, only 1 set of towels on arrival, shower gel was empty. All got resolved though as soon as I requested. "This was a surprise packet! One of the least expensive BnB options we have been experiencing but almost everything was done so well. Fresh, clean, comfortable, great staff, good breakfast. Close enough to Wrexham town centre for good accessibility by car but it just seems as if it is more in the country than the city."

"After driving seven hours I arrived only to be told by a receptionist with a passing acquaintance with English, that the room was no longer available. Due to the sizeable event I was attending all the other hotels in the area were full, so I drove back the same night. Not quite living up to their mission statement hung on the wall which states they aim to ensure the happiness of all guests."

"It was easy to self check in and the room had everything needed for a great stay including the breakfast box. We took the dog with us and the room was ideal with plenty of room for us. We didn't see any staff as all the information was sent via phone. The staff member I spoke to on the phone to add the dog was very helpful and efficient. Lovely place to stay."

"It wasn't anything the website said. Didn't get a very good welcome. The outside signage said luxury bed and breakfast it wasn't, it was very basic. Room was small and hot, no window to open. No toiletries. The sink was tiny so couldn't fill the kettle."
