All the guests we met were repeat visitors and complimented us on our well behaved kids. With that said if you have small kids, they need to be able to entertain themselves quietly."

"Wonderful week in a beautifully decorated and very comfortable luxury condo. The owner was very communicative from start to finish. His son met us at check in and check out to acquaint us with the property and answer any questions we may have. The unit was stocked with kitchen spices and many other staples that made using the beautiful kitchen easy. We enjoyed grilling at the outdoor kitchen by the pool and beach areas. We enjoyed using the owner's kayaks. We felt like we were at our own beach...

"Great location…big boats up and down canal… clean and well stocked with what we needed for our 3 day stay… FYI though..bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level.,, I didn’t catch that in the listing."

"We saw manatees in the inlet, swam the pool morning and evening, and drove just a few minutes to Sombrero beach. We liked the attached Greek restaurant and boaters bar down the dock a bit."

"Nice condo and owners excellent to communicate with. The master suite king bed was very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is amazing!! Everyone was friendly & we had an amazing week. I suggest dinner at the Key Colony Inn it was absolutely delicious!! I wish I had eaten there more than once. Sunset Park is within walking distance and the sunsets AMAZING! Thank you!"

It is basically in the middle of the Keys section off the highway and it provided such an easy way of exploring the various Keys without feeling like we were in the car the whole time. "Cute little townhouse, clean and well stocked. We live on the west coast of Florida, my daughter and her family were staying at Hawks Cay for 5 days. We decided to drive over and see them. The location was awesome for us, this townhome is on Hawks Cay property, we brought bikes which made it super convenient getting to and from the hotel. The yard is adorable, our dog enjoyed dropping & retrieving his toys from the spa/pool. We will definitely be back!"
