"NOT Hawks Cay, this property is located at Hawks Cay but J could not go to Hawks Cay unless I paid for a room, which I did and it doubled the expenses I had planned for this trip…. Unacceptable, that should be clearly stated in the property description ! ! No pool is not accurate, since many other townhomes in the community has or has not a pool! "This villa exceeded our expectations. All the bedrooms have king size beds and there is a 3/4 bath on the first floor which was unexpected and perfect as all the couples had there own bathroom. Melissa was very fast to respond to some issues (smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms needed batteries) and maintenance was there within the hour. The pool was heated and very private. I would highly recommend this place to stay. "

The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers.
