Incredible location for family vacation

We have been to Dubrovnik 4 times and this was the first time we brought our children. This villa was the perfect place to make our family vacation wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable and beautiful! The terrace was spectacular and we spent most of our time outside. The views are some of the best in the world. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals in the villa and there was plenty of space for our family to enjoy meals together inside and outside. We hope to return again as soon as possible!

Hospitable people, beautiful Croatia.

First, we didn’t want to go to Dubrovnik again, but somehow my husband persuaded us. It wasn’t a hard decision after I saw the pictures of the villa. Once we finally got there, we were amazed by the hospitality of the people there. The villa manager showed us the details regarding the lightning, pool, spa, etc. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. We slept like babies on the cozy beds in the villa, partly because of the clean sea air. Would recommend it to everybody! Special thanks go to the VIP Holiday Booker agency and their lovely agent Lucija. A nice lady! Highly recommended!

A magical, most beautiful place

We stayed at this home as a special splurge for our family of five (2 adults and our 3 young-adult children). We were there for 3 nights in the middle of our vacation which was spent travelling along the Croatian coastline - this was to be a spot to recharge, slow down and share time together. Everything about this stay was incredible. From the interaction with the VIP Bookings Concierge who provided information and advice before we arrived so we could better plan our vacation, to the warm greeting and kind hospitality at the property from Marijiana, to the absolutely stunning villa and breathtaking views. We spent time swimming in the sea and the pool, we enjoyed meals on the terrace and watched the ships pass by. The villa was spacious with plenty of room for our group, and well appointed. The location was ideal, about a 10-minute taxi ride into old Dubrovnik, and not far from a small supermarket where we stocked up on provisions. Staying at the villa was the highlight of our vacation. We made family memories that will last a lifetime. If you get the chance to spend time at this magical place, do it. We would highly recommend.

Perfect for couples

The house was perfect for 3 couples. We spent most of our time on the upper and lower decks enjoying the views and the access to the water. Our booking agent was extremely helpful and always quick to reply. We would definitely rent this home again.

Professional and organized staff, great service!

Every morning the birds chirping sound would wake us up. Then we had a coffee on the terrace with a nice view of the sea. After breakfast, my kids and I would go to the beach and my wife to the spa. This sounds like a great start to the day, doesn’t it? Dubrovnik is really special, especially the Old Town. The agency staff was professional and organized an arrival and departure transfer for us. We recommend!

Nice holiday, great day trips...

This was a nice holiday in Dubrovnik. My wife and kids loved it and we had an opportunity to rent a private boat that picked us near the villa and took us to Mljet island, to visit the National Park. We also booked a tour with a tour guide and got to know Dubrovnik center better. The villa interior was stylish and calming. I was amazed by the paintings on the wall, made by the famous Croatian artist. One amazing villa, I must say! We recommend the VIP agency from Split. Your booking is safe with them!

Beautiful week in Croatia

This was a beautiful week in Croatia! We explored the city walls, Cavtat area, and went to Korcula. The villa was beautiful; we used the spa, pool, and beach every day for hours. Everything was cleaned to the last detail, and the staff came frequently. Darijo was our assistant, an agent of the VIP agency. We booked through them and will recommend it to our friends who adore Croatia.

Great concierge service!

My friends and I decided to visit Dubrovnik, so when Darijo sent me an offer we immediately booked the villa. My crew liked it, as well as me. The trip there was amazing. We recommend booking the villa through the VIP Holiday Booker agency. Smiljana, our concierge helped us a lot with the party, restaurants and the cake. She was on WhatsApp constantly. Great service! Recommedations!

Nice property with an amazing villa. Everything you need for a vacation is in the villa. The comfortable and bright interior is relaxing, but the best part is a terrace with a pool and dining furniture. The service was professional. We recommend booking safely through the VIP Holiday Booker agency. This was our third time, and we haven’t had any problems. Recommendations!

Nice villa at the beach!

Nice villa at the beach! The beds were comfortable and the whole villa had a special energy. Lying at the private beach far away from other people was probably the best. That is why we booked the villa, it offers a lot of privacy to the guests. The service was impeccable. Lovely villa, professional staff

Lovely villa with a private beach, offering a lot of privacy and beautiful sea views. The terrace was amazing, and the villa interior beautiful and comfortable, with beautiful paintings. Food made by the chef was top class. The staff was professional, as well as the concierge service of the VIP Holiday Booker. The town center is unique! We would really like to visit it again. Amazing villa, great service!

I don't know where to start. The villa was amazing, and the private beach was all we needed at one point. The best was the staff that has made our trip. Their kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. Smiljana, the concierge of the VIP H.B. agency was patient and kind. Extraordinary position of the villa! Lovely people and tasty food made this holiday worth a fortune. The villa staff was excellent and was always at their disposal. Would highly recommend staying here when in Dubrovnik and will definitely be returning in the next coming year. Highly recommended!

Wonderful villa, great stay

The bedrooms, seating area, bathrooms and terrace were pristine. The pool and sun beds were lovely. It has an extremely relaxed and chilled feel to the whole place which is exactly what we wanted for the 4 nights we were there.
