Waterfront villa on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, wonderfully positioned villa on the water, has every amenity you need for a holiday stay, staff were wonderful and very accommodating with every need and only a call away. Villa is kept clean, outside is very hard to keep clean with all the trees and I had to sweep and hose down after a storm, maybe if roof was renovated the outside would stay a bit cleaner, and that brings me to the wear and tear of the property. The owners could do with a little renovation and up keep, it is looking a little tired. A little far from old town 25 euros by taxi each way so keep that in mind
