Really lovely villa in a beautiful location. The view from the villa and pool area is amazing. The villa itself was really clean, well presented and well equipped. It’s a short walk to a small supermarket which has all the essentials. There’s plenty to do if you like water sports, or just having a swim in the sea. There are a couple of places to eat, or get takeaway pizza. The restaurant Lancana is fabulous, we ate there four times during the 10 days we stayed. The food was amazing and the staff really friendly. It’s a short drive to Cavtat although parking there was a nightmare. We also hired the owner’s boat for a half day trip around some of the islands which was great fun. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and will probably go back some day, although next time we won’t hire a car, we will just rely on buses and uber.

Abselutely extraordinary!

I've booked numerous vacation rentals around the world, but this beautiful home truly sets a new standard! The breathtaking views and serene surroundings made it the perfect spot to unwind. Nestled in a charming, quiet town, it’s just minutes from the ocean, grocery stores, and a delightful wine farm, with the airport only 25 minutes away. The home itself is wonderfully equipped, featuring comfortable mattresses and modern, spotless bathrooms. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the lovely host. They went above and beyond, accommodating an early check-in and a late check-out, and were always quick to respond. Honestly, five stars doesn’t do this gem justice. My friends and I had an unforgettable experience, leaving both inspired and a bit heartbroken that our time there had to end.

Amazing host

Excellent accomodation can't fault it. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect especially in the heat. The host is very helpful and can be contacted at any time. This is seriously A+

Beautiful Monulat

Great villa, village, location everything was great - only improvements could be air con in main bedroom not as good as other rooms, main bedroom bathroom shower hose could be fitted better and the outside kitchen - didn't feel that the barbecue area was clean enough for us to use, but maybe we are more particular than most(didnt hinder our stay but normally do use bbq when were away)- but had a great stay and would return, villa, pool, general cleanliness good and views beautiful - we will return to monulat without a doubt

Beautiful property

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The views are incredible and the villa has everything you need. Loved the outdoor kitchen, pool and hot tub. Easy access to the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Molunat is small quiet town with several great restaurants. Hope to return some day.

Pool villa

We really loved our stay at the pool villa. The villa was great and any issues were dealt with swiftly. We loved the pool and also spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling in the sea. We had a lot of fun on kayaks, paddle-boards and a boat, all hired from the village. Molunat is a beautiful place and we hope to visit again one day. Already missing the amazing views!

A wonderful stay

This is the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, nothing was forgotten. The full outdoor kitchen was great and the pool and hot tub and outside areas were very much enjoyed by the whole party. Views were spectacular and location in a quiet fishing village was perfect. A car is essential. Small supermarket in the village has all you need. A couple of restaurants in the village and both were lovely. Swimming in the sea, accessed from steps below the villa was safe and refreshing in beautifully clear waters. We also arranged a boat trip through Antonia which was good value and a great day out.

Wonderful 10 days in Molunat

We had a fabulous 10 days in Molunat. House was so lovely and the pool and hot tub were so clean and fresh everyday. Our host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of great restaurant recommendations and travel guides. We would love to return as it was our first trip to Croatia and we all really loved it there. Friendly people and beautiful scenery.

Ideal getaway

Just a short 20 minute drive from the airport this lovely villa with it's breathtaking views of the bay and it's islands will not disappoint you. Molunat itself is a vert quiet village consisting of apartments and villas so it's far from the maddening crowd so to speak. We ate at the 2 restaurants in the village and they were both acceptable. The villa itself is very well equipped as is the outdoor kitchen and pool area, and the whole Becir family could not have done more to help make our stay a memorable one-from the booking experience right through until the day we left. Would we return? Most definitely.

Lovely holiday in beautiful Molunat

Excellent stay with wonderful views. Villa was perfect for our needs, we were 6 adults and 2 kids, 4 and 6 years old. We loved the clean and quiet rooms & the pool area and jacuzzi. The villa was very well equipped, everhthing we needed was there. The host was extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

An absolutely amazing villa!

What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Molunat! The villa was beautiful, perfectly clean, equipped with everything we needed and even more, and the outside area was just simply crème del-a-crème. The view was magnificent, swimming pool was great for my two water obsessed children and jacuzzi was a perfect final touch! The outside kitchen was also amazing, finished to the finest details like an outside dishwasher and wine fridge! A special thanks to the owners – fantastic communication, patience and flexibility. They thought of even small touches like fresh fruit and cold wine on arrival to freshly bought ice-cream for our kids on a warmer day. Really amazing customer service which was highly appreciated. Molunat is also a really cute fishing town. We went at the beginning of May so the restaurants were closed but I am pretty sure that the town has a super cool vibe when everything is fully open. The closest restaurant was 3 minutes away from the villa and a small supermarket, which had all the basics that we needed, was 10 mins away. Beautiful little town with super friendly and chatty locals! Travelling to Dubrovnik and other smaller towns was really straightforward and the airport was just 20 mins away which was great for us as we had an early flight. The car is a must though. We stayed in many villas in different countries but everyone in my family agreed that this was the best villa that we had ever rented. 5 stars without a doubt and highly recommended!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Becir war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft war wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden die Villa jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt wenn man es etwas ruhiger dennoch gut erreichbar möchte. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Lovely relaxing break in natural beauty spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Becir. We wanted a quiet, calm get away and Mount is a tranquil, non-commericalised spot by the sea. It is incredibly friendly and we enjoyed the water sports on offer locally. The villa has everything for a great family break - the pool and hot tub were well used by our teenagers! The living spaces are well equipped and Antonia and Bozo are very helpful, supportive hosts. We definitely plan to return!

Wspaniałe miejsce! Wonderful place!

Kapitalne miejsce. Wspaniały, panoramiczny widok na zatokę z tarasu, cicha spokojna wioska rybacka. Dom w 100% zgodny z opisem. Przemili, nieinwazyjni i bardzo pomocni właściciele. Czysto, pełne wyposażenie, nawet lodówka do wina przy grillu :) Bardzo dobre WiFi, Netflix i HBO GO śmigają bez problemu :) Wspaniały dom dla osób szukających spokoju, ciszy i pięknych widoków. Bardzo blisko do lotniska, Dubrownika i granicy z Czarnogórą. Great vacation ! A beautiful house!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Molunat ist ein sehr kleiner aber charmanter Ort In einer traumhaften Bucht. Man ist schnell in Cavtat, einem größeren Ort und auch Dubrovnik ist nicht weit. Der Blick vom Haus in die Bucht ist superschön. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wer einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist dort genau richtig.
