En verdad llegamos y por error no estaba hecha nuestra Reserva, pero nos dieron alojamiento en otro hotel de la cadena, el valamar lacroma, excelente! El valamar club tiene muy linda vista también, y ahí hicimos los almuerzos. El personal de la recepción súper atentos y dispuestos. Para ir hasta old city está el bus 6, que sale 12/15 kunas

Dubvronik, paraíso del adriatico
El hotel es muy lindo y con clima 100% familiar. Todo él personalmente es muy atento y está dispuesto ayudarte en lo que necesites. La habitación si bien es amplia y cómoda, la cámara es pequeña, en lugar de tener una cama matrimonial, han colocado 2 camas individuales juntas. El wi fi en la habitación no funcionaba, si en el resto de las instalacnes del hotel. La comida del rtaurant, desayuno almuerzo y cena, es normal, comparado con all inclusive, quizás le faltaría un poco más de variedad, pero en general está bien. Los horarios son muy acotados y unos minutos antes de finalizar el horario ya comienzan a retirar la comida. La pileta es espectacular , con muy buen espacio para tomar sol y bar también. Hay animación todos los días y a la noche también. Es un muy lindo hotel para ir en familia a descansar.

Buena opción de alojamiento en Dubrovnik
El hotel está bien. Nuestra habitación era familiar con 4 camas. Tenía terraza con vistas a la piscina y al mar de fondo. El horario de las comidas es europeo por lo que hay que desayunar, comer o cenar bastante temprano. En el restaurante tienen buffet que, para un par de días, está bien pero para estancias un poco más largas, podrías llegar a cansarte. Es un poco repetitivo. Es un 3 estrellas con posibilidades para poder tener más. Está un poco alejado del casco antiguo, a menos de 10 minutos en coche.

Bien situado
Lo peor el servicio de comedor por parte de los encargados,más preocupados por que comas poco y rápido que de tu comodidad y no de los gatos y perros que rondan las mesas. El todo incluido es solo en el comedor y en horarios extremadamente cortos,además de no reponer comida en cuanto pueden,lo peor sin duda para el precio del hotel,además de precios caros en los bares de piscina y recepción

Es un hotel bonito, cómodo, ideal para familias.
El hotel esta muy bien, simplemente lo único incomodo es que está lleno de animales que no son de los huéspedes sino que están abandonados y merodean por todo el hotel incluso en el comedor y en la terraza donde los huéspedes están cenando.

el hotel estaba bien pero esta lejano del centro de dubrovnik, ademas lo ofertan como todo incluido cuando no es verdad, tienes incluidas las 3 comidas y las bebidas que tomes en las comidas... refrescos, cervezas y vinos... fuera de las comidas no tienes nada incluido.

I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). Thanks team collectively you did an awesome job!

Lovely stay
Good stay, looked after well. Can see this being a lovely spot for families at height of season. Half board, felt the choices were a little limited but tasty and good enough. No complaints overall.

The inclusive dinner was great. Short walk to the ocean coast and close to bars and restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind at all time. Welcome letter in my hotel room was something great I've never seen in other hotels. Great place to spend vacation.

Valamar was just perfect for us. The view from our balcony was not great but we hardly spent much time in the room to make it an issue. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. A special thanks to Karmen at reception for trying to get us a room with a better view but they were not better than what we had been given so stuck with the room we got. The room was adequate & clean. Shower was brilliant. Towels were clean but were tearing and disintegrating as we were using them. Water leaked from the shower into the bathroom floor. It was a nuisance but managed around it. Bed was fine but the pillows provided were far too soft and did not provide support for neck. The Hotel is situated in a very nice location. The view was spectacular. The beach is quite secluded which was nice. The pool area is quite big and clean. Perfect for a chillout Holiday. The restaurant was staffed well which meant tables were cleared promptly. The floor is being constantly kept clean. The food bar is constantly wiped and kept clean. The food is promptly replaced or replenished. The variety is decent. There is something for everybody but as an Indian of course the food was terribly bland. My suggestion would be to have fewer varieties but make them good. It was not separated by vegetarian and non vegetarian. Guest were mixing the spoons. The vegetarian section needs to be completely separate to the non veg. Again staff here were very polite and helpful. All in all a very nice comfortable stay.

Tolle Urlaubsmöglichkeit für Familien mit Kindern, die Unterkunft ist zum Teil frisch renoviert, schöner Pool und direkter Zugang zum Meer (Steinstrand) möglich. Das angrenzende und kostenfrei nutzbare Maro-Center für Kinder ist der Wahnsinn und hat das Kinderprogramm abgerundet. Mit Bus oder Uber ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Dubrovnik leicht und kostengünstig erreichbar.

Ótima opção.
Excelente opção em Dubrovnik. As refeições são razoáveis, porém poderiam melhorar muito. As sobremesas são péssimas, muito ruins mesmo. Não dá para entender como um gerente de um resort não nota isso. Funcionários extremante educados e solicitos.

Excellent resort for families. Maro World for children is amazing. Can't fault the food (fresh, varied and delicious!), other than that drinks at evening meals is limited to water, anything else you need to buy. Sadly the drinks by the pool bar are very expensive, which was a sentiment echoed by several guests we spoke to. Luckily the hotel is walking distance to a lovely parade of shops. Close to transport links into the old city. Short walk to the Coral Beach Club, where you'll find crystal clear water. Overall, I'd stay again.

Brand new Maro World is amazing for kids. The beds were too hard and pillows too aoft. Buffet dinner Need more loungers around thw pool. Great access to CopaCabana beach and easy bus ride ($2E) to Old town.and breakfast ok for the price.
