Apartamento en Dubrovnik
Apartamento muy completo y con aire acondicionado. A unos 10 minutos al casco antiguo en autobús (bus 4) y también a 10 minutos de una playa. Buenas indicaciones dadas por Marija la propietaria.

Totalmente recomendable. Excelente la atención !!!
Muy bueno todo.. La zona es re tranquila. Restaurant justo enfrente con buena comida y precios. A 4 MIN aprox de la playa y de una zona de restaurantes muy lindos.. A 10 MIN en micro de la Ciudad vieja (30 MIN a pie ) pero hay que destacar la calidad de Marija q es la dueña de los departamentos. Fue muy buena y muy atenta. Además nos recomendó y nos consiguió una excursión a las islas y nos pasaron a buscar x ahí. Y nos consiguió estacionamiento gratuito a menos de 1 cuadra. La verdad q es espectacular todo. Aunq las ollas de cocina no estaban bien limpias pero eso no opaca la buena estadía. Recomiendo totalmente esto y si volvemos a dubrovnik de seguro nos hospedamos nuevamente en ese lugar.

Utroligt dejligt sted
Et rigtig lækkert sted med en moderne lejlighed inkl. aircondition og terrasse, et skønt poolområde med lunt vand og rigtig god beliggenhed, hvor det er nemt at komme både ned i Dubrovniks gamle bydel, på restaurant og på stranden. Rent og rart at være i. Og ikke mindst en utrolig rar og hjælpsom ejer, der har styr på tingene, altid svarer på henvendelser undervejs, og som ikke tøver med at dele ud af tips og tricks til opholdet. Vi vil helt klart anbefale dette sted, og håber også selv at komme tilbage.

Maria is so helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great holiday. She gave us lots of tips to make the most of our time in Dubrovnik. The apartment was very clean as was the pool area. Little things like providing pool towels made a real difference.

Exceptional apartments connected to a lovely farmhouse with amazing views of Dubrovnik and a lovely pool. Marija is the most warm and welcoming host I have ever met. We felt like we were visiting family. She is so knowledgeable about Dubrovnik and gave us great tips on how to make the most of our 2 day stay there. She lent us snorkelling equipment as well. Her son provided airport transfer to us at a great price. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we return to Dubrovnik. Marija is a gem of a person and is completely invested in ensuring all her guests have a wonderful time. We will always have lovely memories of this visit. Thank you so much from our whole family :).

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. Marija, the owner is an amazing lady. Super loving and supportive. The apartment was very clean and had the perfect location. Supermarket, bakery, coffee shops, everything nearby. Would definitely recommend!!!

Would highly recommend! Marija was the most welcoming host we could of ever asked for. From organising boat trips to telling us the best restaurants and spots to go to she had it all covered. Would certainly go back without doubt. Beautiful place.

Have to say a big thank you to Marija and Eli, they are both the nicest people you could ever meet! They are always available if needed and they really made us feel at home. We booked our day trips through Marija and they were very well priced and reliable, so definitely recommend booking any excursions when you arrive with Marija. Really can’t thank both of them enough they really made our stay, there is no intrusion they are only there when needed. Beautiful apartments and pool area, very comfortable and relaxing stay here. Bed was very comfortable and everything you need is available, washing machine located on the premises which is handy when you come back from the beach and there is also ironing facilities if needed. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, a 24 hr bakery is only a 2 minute walk away, and a large tommy supermarket is only a 10 min walk. Sunset beach and the promenade which is full of nice and affordable restaurants is around a 10-15 minute walk(casually walking) the old town is bit of a walk it took us about 40 mins casually walking and around 30 mins brisk so probably worthwhile getting the bus if needed, we always walked as the scenery is spectacular along the route.

3박을 이용했습니다. 두브로브니크 구시가지 예약을 추천하던데, 저는 외려 그곳보다는 좀 떨이진 캘리포니아 호텔을 추천합니다. 차량 이용하기 더 편해서 짐 옮기는 수고가 없어도 됩니다. 구시가지 높은 계단 미친듯이 짐끌고 올라가는 숙소들이 많습니다. 근처 버스승차장 앞 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 간단하게 식사도 해먹었습니다. 숙소 건너편에 식당도 구시가 대비 저렴하면서도 맛도 있습니다. 선셋비치/ 유니렌터카 반납 걸어서 가능합니다. 선셋비치 바다수영하기 아주 좋습니다. 이곳에 수영장이 있는데, 거의 사용하는 사람이 없어 우리만 프라이빗하게 이용했습니다. 주인이신 아주머니가 친절하게 안내를 잘 해주십니다. 24전화가능하다고 하는데, 문자드리면 바로바로 회신주십니다.

What made California apartments unique was the hospitality received by Marija and Ely. We are well travelled and have stayed in many accommodations, but Marija’s willingness to ensure our stay was more than just comfortable was very welcome. Marija’s and Ely’s hospitality was second to none, and we would highly recommend California apartments for all travellers. Apartment was clean, neat with all required facilities. Pool was extremely welcome at the end of a very hot day walking. We enjoyed walking into the old city from here, approx 25 mins, equally through the local nature reserve and to the coast 29 minutes the other direction so the apartment is well located for travellers. Great 24 hour bakery up the road and lovely Italian restaurant over the toad, serving amazing home made pasta.

Great stay
A great choice for your stay in Dubrovnik. Great communication prior to the stay and a even better welcome in person. The apartment was spacious, modern, super clean with all amenities you would expect. Swimming pool was a treat. The local information from the owner was invaluable.

This property was in a great location outside the old city but easy to travel there. It was close to beautiful swimming places and also had a pool so when you arrived back in the afternoon after a long hot day of sight seeing you could cool down by the pool.

Marija and her family were amazing hosts. Marija arranged airport transfers, made great recommendations, booked taxis and even a hair appointment for my friend. Notre séjour a été parfait. D’abord, l’accueil personnalisé de Marija est chaleureux, et elle nous donne une foule de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Elle voit à ce que tous nos besoins soient comblés. Elle est très disponible, rapide et efficace. L’hôtel est situé près de tous les services, à quelques pas de l’autobus menant à la vieille ville. Tout est propre , joli, bien tenu. Adresse à retenir!

Marija was the most amazing host! She made us feel really at home and gave us great tips and information about the area. The location was just perfect - a 5 minute walk to Sunset Beach and a 5 minutes bus to the old town. The property was so clean and the pool is an added bonus! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone else.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and we had a great stay. We would highly recommend.

Très bon choix
Les Propriétaires sont des personnes charmantes. Au petits soins pour nous rendre un séjour agréable. Dommage qu'ils ne puissent pas intervenir sur la météo, cela nous aurait arrangé. L'emplacement est idéal, pas très loin de la Old City, près du Port Gruz et de Lapad pour les plages. Appartements agréables. Attention cependant, assez bruyants sans doute si occupation à 100%. Ce qui n'était pas le cas lorsque nous y étions. Adresse a recommander sans hésitation.
