Lovely stay in every way
Our family of three had a lovely stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. Irena was an attentive host from the beginning, offering to arrange airport transportation and assist with any questions prior to our arrival. She met us at check-in to tour the home, noting all of the practical details we needed to know. She had prepared a platter of delicious, homemade local pastries for us and put several drink options in the fridge. She also provided a collection of city maps and tour options complete with restaurant recommendations. We followed her advice for many of our meals and outings and could not have been more pleased with the experiences. The apartment is a new build with excellent security and has attractive interior decor. The view of the Adriatic is stunning from the roomy balcony which has comfortable seating. The linens and towels are high quality, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Coffee machine and tea kettle are both available and easy to use. We also made use of the new washer/dryer in the home.There is a small market a five minute walk and a delicious bakery and pharmacy fewer than 10 minutes walking. We walked to Old Town several times and also used taxi and ride share services which were easy to arrange.We would be delighted to return to Irena and Pero’s apartment for our next stay in Dubrovnik. They are excellent hosts.
