- Overlooking the Adriatic Sea the two bed room home is only few steps away from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, popular Banje Beach, Cable car,shops and restaurants offering stunning view to the city walls, fortifications, stone bridge, old port, seafront and Lokrum island.
With over 250 sunny days per year and a stunning setting on the Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik is a top destination for anyone who loves to watch the sun drop below the horizon amidst a meditative play of oranges and magentas.
The space
The Comfortable two bedroom home, with 110 sq meters /1200 sq ft area is a part of the 200 years old privately own house recently renewed and it has attributes of cultural monument proclaimed by the state conservation authorities.
It includes dining and living room space, two bedrooms WITH 2 KING SIZE BEDS each with en suite bathroom (shower&bath tube) + ROLL AWAY SINGLE BED ON REQUEST- (not on photos) and fully equipped kitchen.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable holidays, including free wireless internet access, air condition units, smart LED TVs, Free to Watch Sat programs, dishwasher, laundry machine, ironing facilities, free toiletries, cleaning products and more.
This home is ideal for 4 persons, family or friends.

Wonderful location property and host. Dubrovnik has lots of steps (just something to be aware of) and there are two flights to get to this property The views are amazing and they had everything we needed both in bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen. Market and restaurants within a block as well as bakery and cable car and other tourist attractions.

Wonderful apartment just outside old town with amazing view
We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this outstanding property. The host, Niko, was very accommodating to our needs and a great source of information. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Lovely close in apt and amazing host
Our stay at Niko’s place just outside the Old Town wall was lovely. Niko gave us a good orientation of the town and food recommendations. Perfect size for my four friends. We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vista-Old Town & Sea View apartment. Communication with Niko was effortless. He kindly met us at our drop off point and walked with us to the apartment. Since we arrived before our check in time, we were allowed to leave our luggage there. The apartment is very charming and in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the Old Town. There are 2 flights of stairs to get into the unit, but the view from the apartment was beautiful! Niko gave us some wonderful restaurant suggestions and other ideas of what to do in Dubrovnik. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Fabulous location
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, just outside the walled city. Only two flights of stairs from ground level….which is minimal in Dubrovnik. Niko was an amazing host, gave us lots of information and recommendations.
