Clean, compact apartment in an excellent location in Old Town Dubrovnik. We were two couples so used both bedrooms. These bedrooms can be rented separately but work together well as one unit. Kitchen was equipped with a two burner hotplate and a microwave but worked well for us as we mostly ate out. U it was tricky to find but that is not an uncommon occurrence in Dubrovnik. Hosts very responsive to all requests.

Dubrovnik stay

We spent 3 days in Dubrovnik after a week long boat/bike cruise. Property was perfect base to explore Old Town. Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms was a plus!

Cute flat in heart of old Dubrovnik

Well located flat in the heart of old town. Steps from anything you may need. The apartments are small but have most of what you will need for your stay. They are furnished IKEA style so no frills. Note that TV is antenna only so no satellite or Netflix but who cares - you aren’t in Dubrovnik to watch tv all day. Also note that it’s much easier to access units via Pile gate vs Buza gate.

Great place

Everything you need, fantastic location in old town. The only weird thing was the hallway /stairway walking up to the unit- it was pitch black with no way to turn on lights, so we had to use the flashlights on our phones every time we came in. Everything else was stellar though

Perfect apartment in wonderful location

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in heart of Old Town. Easy walking distance to all sites and lots of restaurants. Moby Dick is right downstairs and has wonderful service and food. We had Nino apartments 1 and 2. Would be more than enough space for 2 couples. Beautifully remodeled and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Host arranged for airport pickup and a driver to Split. They were both prompt and polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Spot

This property was perfect for the four of us. Two couples. We each had our own room. Location was good. We arrived early and had to leave our luggage in the storage area. We went to the one I had been given the address for and we had to be 5.00 euro per bag to leave it there when we thought it was free. The only thing missing would be some soap or body wash so you could shower upon arrival. All in all a great spot.

3 night Stay in Dubrovnik

Great stay at Nino 3 for 3 nights this past week. Two apartments adjoined made it a great spot for 2 couples travelling together. Close to everything in the old town. Check in and out was extremely easy and the property managers arranged a private transfer from the airport and a tour for us during our stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at apartment Nino for 5 days in late March, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment itself was amazing, very cozy and well equiped, exactly as depicted in the photos. In the heart of Dubrovnik's old town, it's location couldn't have been more ideal. The communication with the management team was seamless, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Overall, our time at apartment Nino was simply perfect. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in this enchanting city.

Excellent Stay in Dubrovnik with Friends

This was the perfect apartment to use exploring Dubrovnik with two couples. It is actually two apartments, each with their own locking doors, with an adjoining entranceway that also locks. With both apartment doors open, it becomes one large two bedroom space. It was very clean and centrally located to the old town area with many eating places only steps away! Check-in and out was easy and the bag storage before check in and after check out was a nice additional benefit. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik

It was a lovely apartment, extremely clean. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Old Town, everything is within walking distance. There are lots of stairs so pack lightly, we didn’t and struggled a bit. We went to the apartment before checking in and reception was kind enough to meet us there instead of making us trek to them.

Perfect for Old Town Dubrovnik

This compact 2 room apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Dubrovnik old town which makes it perfect for exploring this marvellous ancient town. All necessary amenities are well covered even including a rudimentary kitchen though the old town is really about being out in the streets. There was an issue with the invoice for the property and no one from the main office would speak to me or explain the cost discrepancy. I know it is because I paid the entire bill in euros, in line with options provided, at a time when Croatia was changing currency. This caused an issue to Hedera Estates and they were a bit faceless in dealing with matters and refused to engage with me. This will no longer be an issue now Criatia is in the euro zone. Overall, an ideal location to stay when visiting Dubrovnik.
