The large shared terrace located one deck below is equipped with an outside dining table, BBQ and sun loungers. The apartment can be combined with the next door apartments Mondo S1, Mondo A1 and Mondo Room 1 to accommodate up to 8 guests. Next to the terrace, guests can find a communal laundry room which is at their disposal.

The nearest beach is Lozica, located approximately 2 kilometers away from the property. There is a restaurant serving local and international specialties 2 km away.
