We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Oaks. The staff was very accommodating for an early check in and the room was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee making supplies and a Daly bottle of water. The shower was the best I’d had on my whole trip. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the centre of the Od Town. Enter Old Town by the Pile Gate to walk the 5 minutes to the hotel and avoid the stairs. There is a lift for the luggage that goes to the second floor but not for people so you need to be ok with walking up stairs to your room. We stayed in room 6 on the 3rd floor. The staff also sent excellent restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay in old town. There aren't a ton of rooms so it has an intimate feel. The rooms are small, but that should be expected in a town as old as this. Our room was ready immediately on our arrival and there is a luggage elevator to save you carrying heavy bags up the stairs, which was great. What really set this place apart was the service. You get a WhatsApp message from the concierge and can then request anything you need. Our air conditioner wasn't working and they had someone come up and fix it within 5 minutes. They really make a lot of effort to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. You could probably find somewhere cheaper to stay, but for the level of cleanliness, service and location we were very happy with our stay. If you are bringing heavy suitcases, make sure to go through the Pile Gate. It is extremely difficult to carry heavy luggage even though GPS or Uber will take you to the Buza Gate.

This hotel is amazing. The interior designer was an absolute genius. Location is super with no stairs to lug your bags up. We would recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik wanting a nice place to stay. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at the 7Oaks! First and foremost, the location of the hotel is incredible. It’s only a short walk from the Pile Gate, making arrival with luggage quick and easy (no stairs except for four right in front of the hotel)! The hotel is right in the center of Dubrovnik, with all sights, restaurants, and shops within a short walk. Next, Karla (the host) was very helpful. She checked us in quickly and provided us with fantastic recommendations. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations most, as the ones she provided were not touristy and the food was delicious at the ones we tried! We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor and it was lovely. It had a small seating area with a tea kettle, espresso machine, small fridge, and safe. The bedroom was very nice and the bathroom was great as well. We appreciated how clean the room was and that each day we received new towels and robes. Overall, our experience at 7Oaks was great and we will be returning! 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in June. Karla was there to greet us on our early 10 am arrival and allowed us to check in early and provided some great dining recommendations. The room was extremely well appointed (espresso in room, all the standard amenities one expects from a hotel and even had a flat iron for my hair). Our room was just off the reception area and the walkway outside and was extremely quiet with air conditioning that worked like a dream in the heat. My only reservation was that our wifi just never worked. But given we were out of the hotel most of the day it was not a huge deal. I wasn’t sure how handling lagged thought the old town streets would be as it was our first time visiting and it was so simple. There are just a few (maybe 5) steps up to the hotel entrance.

This was a lovely boutique hotel. It's amazing what they can do in terms of space and design in these centuries old buildings. Definitely on the pricey side, but our room was beautiful. Nice little sitting area, lovely bed and bedroom and large bathroom. You can't get more central or convenient either, right off the Main Street and easy to find. Tons of shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Also quiet with the windows and shutters closed despite so much activity going on outside. AC worked great too. Nice toiletries and even had robes and towels to take to the beach. My only suggestion would be some more presence from reception/hotel staff. I would expect a little more service for the price point. We saw one person the entire time we were there and it was only at check in. You don't really get any info or recommendations from them, which would have been nice. I messaged about something through Expedia, it took about 8 hours to get a response (it was something time sensitive) so I wonder if providing guests a WhatsApp contact number would be helpful. Just a few details missing, but otherwise highly recommend.

Excellent location, beautiful room. Be aware that there are 6 or 7 steps up to front entrance and there is no full time reception. You must advise them of your arrival so someone can let you in. No breakfast provided. For the price they charge, there should be a voucher fir a nearby restaurant.

The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. The individual room HVAC worked well and there was also a ceiling fan over the bed. Although breakfast was not included there were restaurants serving breakfast very close by. There were also two small markets a short walk away where we stocked up on some snacks and a few breakfast items. Our suite was equipped with a mini fridge for storing the cold items. There was no onsite staff but the hotel concierge (Karla) met us there to handle our check in and room orientation. She provided some local restaurant recommendations and was available via text or WhatsApp for any questions or issues. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Seven Oaks Noble House.
