" Scenic Location with Some Housekeeping Issues During our recent stay at Crooked Creek, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. However, there were a couple of issues. First, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during our 4 day visit, and secondly, it took a request to get fresh towels and have the trash removed from our cabin. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still recommend Crooked Creek for its picturesque setting and welcoming atmosphere."

"This Hotel is absolutely terrible. We were unable to get into our room after hours. When contacting the hotel about this they were extremely rude and they hung up on us. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We even had videos of us not being able to get in the room and following the instructions perfectly, but they refused to listen."
