Check-in: From 3:00 PM — Early check-in may be possible upon request, after 3PM late-night and early-morning arrivals are accepted.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Guest registration: A passport or GCC ID copy is required for building registration in accordance with UAE regulations.

Pets: Welcome upon prior request. Additional charges may apply.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning charges.

Luggage: We are unable to store luggage inside the apartment or building. Downtown Dubai has several convenient luggage-storage options.

Tourism Fee: AED 20 per night, payable by the guest upon arrival.

Security Deposit: We do not require or collect a security deposit before check-in.
