    •Circle Mall is right across the street, giving you instant access to groceries, pharmacies, numerous retail stores, and rooftop restaurants.

    •Taxis are easily hailed from the building entrance or booked via the Careem or Uber apps.

    Use the Careem app to book a "Hala Taxi" for the most affordable standard city rates.

    Note: Flagging a taxi on the street starts the meter at AED 5, whereas app bookings typically start at AED 12.

    •Several RTA bus stops (Route J01) surround the area, connecting you to the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station in about 35–45 minutes.

    •Tier and Lime e-scooters are available for riders aged 16+. As long as you have an international driver's license. Helmets are required, no passengers allowed, and can ride only on designated cycle paths or 30km/h roads.

    •In compliance with government regulations, all guests are kindly requested to submit copies of their passports/IDs, email, vehicle plate number (if applicable), before arrival date for building security registration.



    • Pet Policy: Please register pets in advance for approval prior to arrival. A fee of 500 AED may apply depending on your pet breed.



    II. Check-In and Parking



    To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps:



    •Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards.



    •Please stop by the building reception desk first to register with building security.



    •You can now access the apartment.



    •Once inside, you'll find the parking/amenities access card(s) - which you will need for all subsequent entries to the parking area.



    III. During Your Stay

    •Excessive noise, large gatherings, and parties are strictly prohibited. A fine of AED 1,000 may apply for any violations.



    • No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor balcony. A fine of 2,000 AED may apply for any violations.



    IV. Respecting Your Stay



    To help keep the home fresh and comfortable for your stay, we kindly ask you to:



    •Keep it tidy and in good condition.



    •Use the provided bins and keep food covered to help us avoid pests.



    •We take great care in preparing our linens.

    A standard penalty fee of 100 AED applies to heavily-stained items such as:

    Bath towels

    Bath mats

    Hand towels



    •We appreciate your help in leaving the apartment in good order. Please note that a 300 AED fee may apply if the unit requires excessive cleaning upon your departure.

    VI. Check-Out Guide



    •Check-out Time: Not later than 11:00 AM. If you need more time, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs are charged at 200 AED per hour.



    •Please leave the access card(s) on the table inside the apartment. A 500 AED card replacement fee applies for losing the card(s).
