We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Al Bateen Residence. The apartment is well appointed and worked well for our family of 5 adults. We were typical tourists, and did all the touristy things in Dubai. The only downfall was the traffic, and how busy it was during Christmas week. However, it was great fun with perfect weather, so don't hesitate to go and stay!

Wonderful stay!!

The directions to the apt was very detailed (very helpful!) and we were welcomed by Kiran and check in was very easy. The management was very easy to work with especially since we needed to change apts due to a faulty hot water heater in one of the bathrooms which affected our ability to use it. They were exceptionally accommodating and gave us another location which was beautiful as well. It was a wondeful stay, very clean, relaxing and they provided tea, coffee and water for us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location as we hope to return soon!

Family Holiday July 2024

We stayed 1st - 22nd July 2023 on our first visit to Dubai and had a wonderful time. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed, as was the pool area and the gym was very well stocked with equipment (and very quiet when we were there). The location is perfect, with all of JBR spread out in front of you, with easy access to the beach, local attractions, restaurant's, fast food, supermarket's and taxi's (best way of getting around). Dealing with Natalie and her people was easy and totally stress free, check-in was a breeze and any queries were answered and dealt with very quickly and professionally. We are looking to return to Dubai for a future holiday and we'll certainly look to stay here again.

Komfortables Appartement an toller Lage

Grosses Appartement mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Meerblick. Küche bietet alles was man braucht für ein feines Frühstück. Die Terrassen bieten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und wir hatten tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Wenige Meter zu Fuss hat man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Eine Security bietet rund um die Uhr Hilfe und Schutz. Ganz toll ist der Strandplatz mit Strandbar direkt am Fusse des Gebäudes mit grossem privatem Pool. Alles sehr sauber und immer freundliches Personal. Die Location ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Well located, clean and spacious property. Beach and Pool right out front, quick walk to morning coffee. Convenient groceries and sundries around the corner. JBR is great neighborhood for restaurants and nightlife - Washing machine in unit, very convenient. You can show up with a backpack or carryon for your week long stay, it's that simple. - Property Managers are super freindly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Same goes for the property staff.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location.

We loved staying at this lovely apartment during our 3 day stay in dubai. The check in and check out was seemless. The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and very clean. We had every thing that we needed. The welcome basket of juice, milk and biscuits was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated as well. We loved sitting out on one of the two balconies to watch the action on the beach. The JBR being right outside was a treat. We loved the pool that the Al Bateen residences have access to as well. It is very safe and very upscale. We dined at Maine, which is the restaurant at the adjoining hotel and it was absolutely delicious. What a fantastic experience I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a larger group who is staying in Dubai for a few days. Thank you Natalie.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would very much recommend it to others. The beds are firm and quite comfortable. Pillows are very good. The flat is well kept, well-furnished and all is in good working order. The picture of the pool and ocean view is outdated, and either limited or inaccurate. The apt is on the 32nd floor, much higher than the picture shown. The main eye-sore from either side balcony is the significant amount of construction. You do have to accept that this is Dubai and there is always something being built. It’s also likely that there will not be much left to develop on this end of the Jumeirah beach in 2-3 years time. The location of the building is on the furthest end of JBR on the Walk on the South end. One might prefer to be closer to the middle. However, what you will get here that you can’t get in the middle is beachfront property with a pool overlooking the beach/ocean. The pool is large and excellent. The beach front is also excellent. You can also get food/drinks from the DoubleTree hotel side which is great. The hotels are situated towards either end to offer the coveted beachfront feature. And the distance of the The Walk is only a few city blocks so you can easily walk from one end to another in the span of 20 minutes. Otherwise this area is THE place to be. It’s also quite expensive and prices seem to be ever increasing… All told, this is a great apartment in the best area of Dubai with direct pool and beach access. As long as the comparative value is there vis–a-vis hotels offering the same beachfront access, this a terrific spot!

Stunning apartment

We all had a lovely stay in Dubai. Our only sadness was the 24hr building works going on around us. The apartment had everything you could want and the beds were very comfortable. It would have been handy to have some instructions as to how the hob of the oven worked as we couldn't work that out and also a side table in the double room. Other than that perfect and hope to be back there again soon.

Large, comfortable apartment in great location

We enjoyed our stay in Dubai. The location of the apartment was fantastic with all the shops and restaurants on JBR walk. The apartment was quite large and comfortable with a bathroom on every room. We were able to get laundry done after weeks of travel. We enjoyed sitting out on the 2 terraces in the evening time. The amenities at the double tree (pool and beach) was a greattouch too. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is amazing big, good separation of rooms for relaxed stay of 6 people. All bathrooms big and confortable. Amazing view from all sleeping rooms. Amazing view through JBR, Burj Alarab, and also through the beach and sea with view up to Atlantis Hotel at the Palm. Good location for visiting all malls, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Mall. Very good connections to Tramp and Metro. Shooping possibilities by 2 min of walk Very nice pool area and access to private beach, also for using Jetski, banana boot and all other attractions. MC Donalds for children nearby (2mins walk) We will definetely come back !! Thanks for all, also for the nice support of agents answering on all our questions and friendly concierge.

Amazing stay

Location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of JBR. Loved that it was the last condo resort on the beach with the inlet. Leads crowded! The apartment was well appointed with everything that you could need! Loved it and highly recommend this place. Lots of space inside for all.

Absolutely amazing property

We arrived on Christmas Eve ahead of checkin time but we’re accomadated to leave bags in apartment and got keys at 2pm instead of 4pm . We had an amazing Christmas And most certainly intend to return to this beautiful property. From our 1st point of contact with the owner and the many questions I had she was most helpful it truly is a 5* property not to be missed the location is also great and leads onto the beach with many choices of restaurants cafes and shops .

Best family vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. The location of the property with private beach access was everything my family needed. We just returned a few days ago and I'm eager to return to JBR and this property. We enjoyed the gym, restaurants (and 20% resident discount), private beach access, and pool. This resident is near everything. We even met a few of the neighbors who we joined for Yoga on the beach and jet skiing. It was an amazing 8 days which included lots of excursions and sight seeing events. Natalie and her team were amazing. From the 1st time I reached out to her with basic Q&A, to booking the property, our arrival and finally our departure, Natalie and team were amazing. Notice the theme here with the word amazing. But it's true, everything including the property was amazing and flawless. Thank you Natalie for sharing your home.

Beautiful tasteful apartment in JBR

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views and a very helpful host.

We arrived in Dubai very early in morning and had to wait a few hours to check in as we arrived too early. We eventually got a call from the house keeping staff and was told the apartment was ready. We got to the reception and was met at the lift lobby by Mohammed who was very friendly. We entered the apartment and the first thing we noticed was the paronamic views of the sea and surrounding beaches. Having been in communication with Natalie (Owner), she was absolutely amazing and helpful. She even tried to get us into the flat before the check in time but this was not possible as it was explained to us that the apartment required a deep clean which they mentioned was required after every guest had checked out. Our stay was very pleasant and we loved the entire experience. I will be giving Natalie and her apartment 5 stars as the combination of the helpfulness and the absolute beauty of the apartment made our experience a very memorable one. The apartment and service captures the very essence of JBR walk and Dubai as whole. I would be definitely staying at the same apartment again on my next visit.
