Inside, you’ll find a modern living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area. The bedroom features a king-size bed, along with an optional sofa bed in the living area that can be set up with advance booking, making the apartment ideal for up to four guests.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring a satellite TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Downtown Dubai. The Dubai Mall is approximately a 12–15 minute walk away.



You’ll enjoy hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival. Complimentary tea and coffee are also provided. For added convenience, Spinneys Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
